GREAT AND SWIFT RESPONSE TO SOLVE IMMEDIATE PROBLEM WITH ROOF RATS THAT HAFE INVADED OUR ATTIC. COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WERE THE TWO REPS ON THE JOB WHO DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND QUICKLY CORRECTED THE PROBLEMS, COST WAS VERY FAIR AS WE COMPARED WITH OTHER WILDLIFE REMOVAL COMPANIES AND NATIONWIDE WAS THE BEST, ONE COMPANY TOLD US THEY USE HUMANE METHODS AND DONT KILL THE LITTLE SOB's BUT REMOVE THEM. I can't really make a judgement on the quality of Nathionwide's work because I don't live in Memphis and wasn't at the job location to see their work. Steve did everything he said he would do and in the time frame he committed to doing it. I did get other bids and there's was competitive. Steve did a more thorough site inspection than another exterminator and had more information about the termite issue going on at the property. I felt comfortable with his knowledge, price and commitment to remedying the problem. Will use them again.

Mathew Liberto and Steve Manzo were simply exceptional. Every aspect of the pest-control experience was superb. The quality of their service (caught mouse, set traps in attic, and sealed every hole in cupboards throughout house), their work ethic, and overall customer service was outstanding. Reliable, hard-working, polite, and problem solved – nothing was lacking. I recommend them highly.
