Benjie arrived at the appointed time to do an estimate for installing a gas line to our existing wood-only fireplace. He was very professional, explained what they would need to do, and answered all my questions. I called him back about a week later, and we set an installation date for a couple days later. The two installers were also very professional and thoughtful, and consulted with me when one minor change was needed in installation due to unexpected pipe issues in the crawl space underneath our home. They assembled and installed the gas log set I had purchased at Lowe's, making sure the remote control worked well. They spent a few hours longer than expected due to the unexpected pipe situation. However, when the bill arrived, it was for the originally quoted price. I highly recommend National Plumbing.

I saw I was loosing water on my utility bills, called a plumber and he fixed some other problems, got a leak detection company out here to find the leak, which they did. I asked the first plumber for an estimate and he said $1000. I got economy out here and the fixed it in the 1 hour minimum, all in all about $200.

It was great! The service guys were very professional and honest, and the work was completed very quickly!

They are good. I wouldn't say that they are the cheapest but they are very reliable, dependable and professional.

We got scheduled quickly; crew arrived promptly and determined source of leak. We've used this company's services many times in the past, and owner remembered special seal needed for this wall-hung toilet (a real bonus since he kept one in stock). All work was done quickly and thoroughly. All areas where they worked were left clean and neat, and they disposed of old parts. They were friendly, helpful and tolerated our dog's "supervision".

They were really careful with the roots to my large tree which affected the original water line. I was really happy with the service and I felt the price was reasonable. The plumbers were very professional, courteous and very concerned about their work.

our hot water tank was not putting out hot water as it should of so I called wade plumbing as i have used before @ previous address and I believe this one also. I was told we needed a new thermostat for hot water tank. one was put on and been working just fine every since then. Mr Wade believes in customer service and he still is active in the company but his son Mark is running a lot of it as he will one day be in charge of it all the way. Mr Wade told me that he wants his customers done right all the time . I have recommended this company to others before and will continue to do so and will keep on using them. I feel Mark is doing his best to make sure his dads customers are done just like his dad wants them and they are used to. The secretary is very helpful friendly profesional also. we were very pleased w/ the services and the reason it took me time to get this on line as we just got bill in mail the other day.

We were very pleased with them. If they call, someone is there to answer the phone right away. They can schedule and make appointments failry quickly, and they are very reliable.

We live in an old house and we had some sewer lines under the house that were corroded. We thought they were great on both jobs. We switched from our old plumber who we liked to them. It required a lot of finesse when they were doing the plumbing for the washer and dryer because we have an old house. We are very happy with them. I don't know how to evaluate the price.

I thought that the price was just right and their quality of work was very good. I would rate them highly, and I plan to use them in the future.

I was very comfortable with the workers in my home. They were very friendly and fun. I didn t have any problem with leaving them in my home alone if I had to run out for something. They did excellent work. The job was completed in a timely manner. Their charges were included in the whole remodeling cost.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints. They made sure to answer all of my questions and my agent's questions. I am pleased that they were on time and friendly while they were working on the water heaters. The price seemed reasonable as well.

To be quite honest, I love this company. They tell you exactly what to expect and quickly get in and out of your house. They are professional and honest. They are also reliable. The only thing I would give them a B on is price because I think all contracting companies charge a lot. Their prices are probably competitive with other companies, I would say. They do great work, however. I would recommend their services to others. As I recall, I paid under a thousand dollars for them to both put in the new air conditioning system and simultaneously rectify my plumbing situation for me. That is not a bad deal, if you ask me.

We were taken care of quite quickly. They got here and dug up the yard quickly to get to the leak. I can say we no longer have watering bubbling up in our yard. I felt they were a really nice company to use in emergency situation like this.

There are many senior citizens around our area, and most of us rely on them for our plumbing needs. They not only do quality work, but you can't beat their price. Their service people are thorough and pleasant. I do not recall the cost for this last job, as they have been here several times.

My roof was harmed by the termites so we had to change the entire roof of my house. I don't wish to reveal the cost of re-doing the roof; furthermore, I don't want my telephone number and name disclosed. Yeah, these guys were good. I'll only know how much when the roof lasts.

They dug a hole in our yard. They didn't cover it up at all. It just seems like there are better ones out there to get than them. They were pleasant but messy.

They're real professional, courteous, and if you have a question they make sure you understand it. Their work is excellent.

They did sloppy work and they didn't fit it on there well. They charged me more for what they did than what a hot water heater would have cost. They charged me for more time than they were actually there.
