Jon came out quickly & diagnosed the problem on my Kenmore freezer. He repaired the freezer quickly. He was polite & professional. He gave me an estimate which was very fair. I will contact him again if I have problems in the future. I highly recommend him!

He came out promptly, determined what the repair would cost. Instead of pushing me to do the repair, he said that buying a new washer would not cost much more than the repair.

He charged $85 to tell me he wasn't sure if he could get the parts for my microwave and I never heard from him again. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Jonathan came within an hour and a half of our conversation. He diagnosed the problem with the washer in about 5 minutes and he went and got the part came back and installed. Total time on this project 1 hour. Couldn't be more pleased to have this off my plate. He was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

This morning my dryer was making an awful grinding noise, and Jonathon not only responded quickly to my service request, but had my repairs done promptly. He was professional, pleasant, honest and capable. I will definitely call him again the next time I need any repairs.

Not only did he repair my stove. He also does HVAC and fixed my pipe that was clogged up and leaking. Wonderful guy with a hardworking happy spirit. We were so thankful for his business!
