Jonathan immediately responded to my Home Advisor request and was able to be at my home within a couple of hours. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. I will definitely be using him again for other fix-it's in my home.

Johathan responded to by online Home Advisor request in about a minute. He visited to give me an estimate for window air conditioner installation which was reasonable. Two days later, I purchased the A C, brought it home, and Jonathan had it in and running by mid afternoon. I am well pleased with his work, and would hire him again.

Pricing a little much but all in all our service advisor knew exactly what to do and it didn't take him long. He will return to do other home related tasks for us! I had a bathtub and a bathroom sink that drained slowly. He fixed both in less than 10 minutes. I also had a problem with my Kitchen faucet that would not turn off completely and so it dripped. it was less than 3 years old and it never turned off completely unless you pulled it forward. It was not a simple fix. He diagnosed it as a bad stem. He had to go to 3 different stores to find the right one. He had to remove the garbage disposal and pipes to get underneath the sink to replace the stem. After doing so, the faucet continued to drip a little. He worked on it for another 30 minutes and determined that the new stem was faulty. He went back to the store and got a new stem and replaced it. He made sure that this stem did not leak and after replacing the garbage disposal and pipes, he made sure that they worked properly and no leaking. He was very professional and did not give up. I appreciated his hard work and determination. He also did not charge me having to go back to get a new stem.
