The young man (Marshall) who came out to give an estimate was polite, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He gave an accurate estimate, provided options and made the entire process easy. He came back the next day to do the installation. He and the other young man worked quickly, finished the job and cleaned up. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have more than one residence but I have seen them in the last two weeks. They were absolutely fantastic! There is a particular individual in this company that I have gotten to know over time and when I call this guy, I know that the work is going to be done right. They do a good job and people appreciate it. It is not like Mr. Rooter is cheap but I know that the guy will do anything to make it right. He won't cut corners. He will do the right stuff and he is not going to rip me off. Their prices are competitive. I have signed a service contact with them. I thought it was worth the money and it has benefits.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They got someone out here in 1 day and the technician Marshall couldn't have been nicer and was very knowledgable. Very professional, was on time and came in and got the job done quickly and for a very fair price. Went above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely be keeping their number for my future plumbing needs.

Mr Rooter was extremely courteous and professional from the get go. From the person answering the phones to the plumber who came and performed the work, it was a very good experience. When they had to push our appointment out an extra day because another job was running long, we were communicated to and given a very reasonable expectation of when to expect our job to be done. My *only* issue with them was the price. While I don't feel we were ripped off or mislead in *any way*, I do feel I could've probably saved $100-$150 had I shopped around. However, that's on me and not Mr Rooter in any way, shape or form. That being said, I'm very happy with the work done and the overall experience.

I called to obtain a quote for water heater installation. The representative took all my information and told me to expect someone coming by soon. I only needed an estimate. Luckily, I asked how much it would cost for them to come out to my residence. $186.70!! Just to get an estimate?? No thanks!! You should be able to give me a ball park estimate over the phone, or do not charge me for an on-site estimate. Will never use their services!

We did not use this provider, just spoke with them on the phone. The reason I chose to call them was because of all the good reviews they had on here. On Nov 29th, a very recent review from an angieslist user, the company responded to the review and stated that if their work is refused they simply leave and do not charge for diagnostics. This is not true. The person on the phone I spoke with told me it would be $186 just to come out and look at the issue. We did not use them.

This was a very small job that took less than 30 Minutes. He gave me the quote upfront which I should've declined but i needed to have it done. The $235 was after a $30 Angie's list discount and no parts needed. This review is simply to warn other customers about the exorbitant prices.

Took apart the pipes and needed to go further into the wall to get rid of the clog. However, a neighbor told Mr. Rooter to contact the Property Manager. Because the clog has effected most of the tenants so the Property manager would have to take care of the problem. Mr. Rooter did not charge me for their visit! Very good news that I was not charged!!!

Was told plumber would be at my house between 12-5pm. At around 1 pm on the day of service I called to see approx what time a plumber would arrive and was told it would be closer to 5pm. Five minutes later the plumber arrived. I was told the problem was a gasket that needed to be replaced that would cost $26. I thought the price sounded low but did not comment. When finished I provided a credit card for payment but still was not told the total would be $228 - not the $26 mentioned earlier. Although the total amount is not large, i would like to have been told ahead of time that it would cost $228 for this quick service call - no the $26 amount I was told. This complaint is more about communication that the amount of the bill or quality of service.

I called Mr. Rooter when Johnson Plumbing failed to return my call after 5 hours. A technician was at the house in 1 1/2 hours and fixed the problem. Excellent service and professionalism.

We contacted Mr Rooter based on the satisfaction of Angie's List customers. Our water heater had stopped functioning over the weekend - no hot water anywhere. We called Mr Rooter on Monday and technician Kevin Britt was sent out the same day. Kevin was professional, helpful, and efficient. He reported the pilot light was out, probably as a result of recent storms. He informed us that the tank was still under warranty and that there was a small amount of water in the floor pan, indicating a roof leak, which we should have a roofer inspect and repair. He ran a diagnostic test to determine if there were any other issues causing the heater not to function. The test cost $186. After he left, I realized I had forgotten to provide a $25 online Angie's List coupon I had printed out. I emailed the company and asked if they would honor the discount without the required paper coupon, and they graciously agreed. In all, we found the company and the technician to be professional and service-oriented. My husband was not pleased with the price, given that the technician was here less than an hour; however, our expectation is that plumbers are always expensive and we nearly always feel overcharged regardless of the company.

When we called customer service the lady said someone would call us between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. At about 9:00 a.m. we received a call they were on their way. Wow, early, that was good. The service man who was Kevin, appeared at the door about 30 minutes ahead of time and introduced himself. He put on items over his shoes to keep dirt off and a mat on the front porch for him to walk on. That was very impressionable we thought. He unstopped the commode but said also there may be an additional problem outside, roots in the drain. He ran a camera through the drain outside and said there were also roots there but the good part was, it wasn't bad. If we'd called a few months later a major problem would have occurred. He quoted the price, took the discounts off from us being a member of Angie's List and gave us a quote. After clearing the roots out, he made another check with his camera and it was all cleared he noted on the bill. I consider this one of your best companies for timeliness, efficiency, courtesy, truthfulness, and getting the job well done. A job very well done. I would highly recommend anyone to use Mr. Rooter and we will definitely as for Kevin again!!

On the day I called the company (at 10 am), I was told that the plumber would arrive between noon and 4. He arrived at 1:30. Very professional and amiable. It took him less than 20 minutes to figure out what the issues were and give me the estimate, as well as explain what work must be done. He was able to rebuild the insides of two toilets and replace 2 shut off valves in under 2 hours. Efficiently handled by the plumber. I would definitely use this company again.

I noticed a water leak late in the evening. After stressing about what to do "after hours," I called the Mr. Rooter answering service, and got a very quick response from Ty Huddleston. He was great! He came out immediately. He was able to identify the problem, and fix it right away. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely use Mr. Rooter plumbing & Mr. Huddleston again. The whole process was easy because of the extended hours they offer.

I will not use them again. Although he went out and fixed the problem and it lasted. The company was good but they are too expensive.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing on 17 March and was given an appointment time of 2:00. Bob was on time and after providing him with all of the information on my plumbing problems he did some preliminary examination. He suggested that he would be able to get a better picture of what was going on if he used his camera to run through the sewer line. I agreed and after a short time, he located the problem areas. We then discussed what the plan of action should be. Bob was very thorough and explained in detail what he needed to do to fix the problem. He quoted a price for the work to be done and when he could start the job. I agreed and a contract was written up. As promised, Bob and his helpers were on time the next morning and finished the work on the 20th as scheduled. Bob and his helpers were friendly, polite, and professional.

The service man could not find drain opening and want an extra $400 to do an electronic "drain locator". I declined the service and called Roto Router. The serviceman found the drain in about 2 minutes and had the drain clean within 10. I also got a quote for some other work and Mr Rooter Plumbing was over $600 more than 2 other quotes from vender on Angies List

My water pipe broke on Sunday morning. I called my warranty company and they contracted a company who sent a plumbers helper to my house to spend 3 minutes looking at the water and then quoted me $350 to fix it or $1600 to completely replace it. After two days of them not showing up for various reasons (rain, scheduling issues on their end) I called Mr. Rooter and another plumbing company for estimates. Kevin a plumber from Mr. Rooter came out the same day I called. He spent about 30 minutes inspecting different areas of the pipe and then looked at the pipes under my house. He explained that repairing the pipe was not an option since it was an old galvanized pipe and it would just end up failing soon after the repair. I asked him about 10 different questions about the pipe, materials, digging in the yard, and he answered each one in a way that was understandable. He calculated the estimate and then showed me the handbook they use to do the estimates. The estimate was itemized, which is one of the reasons I chose them over the other plumbing company I had contacted for an estimate. He came out the next day between 7 -8am and got to work. They worked until the pipe was replaced around and replaced the soil neatly back into place, which was about 4:30pm. I actually expected a much larger trench than what was done. My only complaint would be that they had to remove 3 bushes and 3 smaller plants to dig under the foundation. When they replaced these plants everything looked OK, but they were not all placed back where they came from. And some of the dirt had concrete in it that will need to be removed from the garden. Really not a huge deal, but I think that snapping a quick picture before they dig could help them replace the plants back to where they should be planted.

I love them, they are extremely pleasant. I usually get the same young man. I have used them for the last few years and have always been satisfied.

The toilet was repaired by Chris who was not only pleasant, but offered up a lot of information that I found helpful. As much as Chris was a knowledgable, skilled plumber, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, I also have to recognize Andy as one of the most pleasant and accomodating business owners I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for plumbing and/or appliance repairs.

Top notch service, very thorough, tub drains perfectly. Would recommend and will use again should the need arise.

They are good. I have no complaints with them. They are fine. They keep changing their names. They did the job, and 3 years later, the stuff is still working. The cost was what we expected. It wasn't a surprise.

They were very honest about what was wrong and what they could do to fix it, which I appreciated. He would have replaced the inside of the older toilet but he also was upfront about letting me know that it had to have some leakage and there was bolt trussing out and different things so I appreciated that. Instead of just doing the slight replacement that he was going to do. We knew there was problems but we hadn't realized that there was trussing out other problems also. We have been happy with the new toilet.

I called at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and was told that technician was finishing a job and could come to our house next. Received a call from the tech 45 minutes later saying he was on the way and would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived right on time. Tech ran a camera through the sewer line before giving me a quote on the work. He augured out the line and then ran camera through again to confirm that there were no blockages in the line. Finally, he went into the bathroom where we were having problems and ran tub, shower, both sinks for quite some time to confirm that the problem was indeed fixed. Bill was for exactly what was quoted. No problems using $30 Angie's list coupon. Also offered a 45 day warranty. In short, he arrived on time shortly after my call on a Sunday afternoon, fixed the problem quickly, and was courteous and professional in completing the work. I'll definitely use this company again if I ever have clogged sewer line again.
