He executed his job with the up most professionalism and gave highly knowledgeable run-down, he saved me from wasting time and money from a 2 bit plumber who was setting me up to reburst my pipes! Description of Work: Mr. Rooter made what I thought was a reasonable quote to do a job. Unfortunately, that job lead to more work. The onsite tech was required to look up the charge for the additional work. He was not allowed to work by the hour to finish the job. The manual rate for the additional work seemed exorbitant so I asked him to leave. I found another plumber that would work by the hour and saved a bundle.

Description of Work: We took advantage of the Angie's List special "5 Point Toilet Tune-up + Whole House Plumbing Inspection". The company called me (!) to schedule the appointment within an hour of my purchasing the special. The technician was prompt & courteous. He gave me additional information on other issues we were having but there was no "pressure sale" (which I had expected). Great experience -will use them again!

Description of Work: We have a septic system that was installed about 7 years ago. Up to this year we had never had a problem, however, about a month ago we had to have it sucked out. Then, yesterday the toilet would not flush. The technician came out and worked really hard for about 2 to 3 hours trying to fix the problem, only to find out because of all the rain, the holding tank had just filled up again with water and would not allow the toilet to flush. Long story short, this technician did everything he could possibly to to fix our problem. Definately not his fault it was unfixable until we have some other things installed. I was very pleased with this companies response and work ethic and would recommend them to anyone.
