Description of Work: I love the confirmation email that the company uses to send the name and pic of the technician that will be performing the work. Very unique feature which ensures safety.

Description of Work: Analyzed broken freezer and ice maker on two year old Whirlpool french door refrigerator. Unfortunatly, the repair cost exceeded the value of the refrigerator. Warning to all DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL appliances. Mr. Appliance technicians were prompt and professional and I would have used them to repair the fridge but I decided to replace.

Description of Work: I was having multiple problems with my mother's washing machine. I had several other vendors come out and attempt to fix the problem. However, Mr. Appliance came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired it on their first visit.

Description of Work: The repair man checked the dishwasher and determined that the motor had gone out and it would be rather costly to replace. So I decided I would purchase a new dishwasher. I was only charged for the service call.

Description of Work: My washer was leaking. They were very prompt and courteous. Fixed the problem quickly and they also looked at our dishwasher for no additional charge. I would highly recommend them and we will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Fixed the leaking freezer by continuing to cut off the water valve, and offered very reasonably to fix the ice maker $88. Arron helped me get the freezer drawer with its 80 lbs ice cube out of the freezer and outside. We decided not to put any more money into this refrigerator, and just let it run its life cycle. Then get a new one. No pressure to fix it from Arron. |Actually just the opposite.

Description of Work: Very professional, punctual, and also helpful. Diagnosed and reset the control panel for my LG dryer which luckily did not need to be replaced. He also gave me some helpful hints about how to keep my front load HE washer clean and smelling fresh. Would definitely recommend.
