All around great experience. I sent an email thru their site and had a return call that afternoon. They worked w me with my work schedule which was nice. The technician called the stop prior to give me exact time. They even sent me a photo of who was coming for security. I had bought part I suspected was making the noise online because was leaving town next day and didn't want to risk them having to order it . That was for my piece of Mind so it didn't come home to a stinky home with a broken refrigerator. Only thing I can say is the price of the service call is expected from anyone since you rarely need them. The up charge if they supplied the part might have been a little excessive. They used mine which they don't guarantee but I understand that All-in-all it was good experience and would use them again.

Just one employee came out to fix the fridge. He had about three visits over the course of two hours to complete this. They were very clean and thorough. He was very honest and helpful. They are also prompt. They have a frequent user program for appliances it will also cover your plumbing, because they also handle plumbing. They are Mr. Rooter. They were extremely professional, they would put floor mats down where they were working and wore shoe covers. They brought in an tablet so they could process the estimate, order parts, and charge via credit card, no paper billing.

The technician came within 2 hours of my call. He called when he was 10 minutes out and arrived promptly on time. His appearance was neat and his manner was professional at all times. He told us that unfortunately the part that needed to be replaced was quite expensive to which my response was "We may to look into a new oven." He said that was probably a good course of action but if we decided to go with the repair he would have all of the information on file to proceed. I was extremely please with the entire experience.

Wonderful provider of service! I will not use anyone else in the future! They were helpful and professional throughout and gave options of how they could help! Gave the best customer service! Such a blessing to know there is a company that I can call on when I need assistance!

The technician was very pleasant and kept me informed of what he found in the dryer that was causing it to not heat. He was quick and cleaned up everything well.

The technician arrived on time as promised and was very professional. He went right to work on our Kenmore dryer which kept shutting off after running for a minute. He discovered the problem was connected with the motor and gave me an estimate on the repair cost. In discussing the cost of repair vs the cost of a new dryer (mine was 15+ years old), I decided the best route was to buy a new one. I won't hesitate to call this company the next time I need an appliance repair.

They were great. They sent me an email the night before letting me know when they would be there and called when they where heading that way. Aaron came out and looked at my dishwasher. He showed me all the prices on an I-pad before he started so I didn't get a surprise bill at the end. He had the part on his van and fixed it right then. He was very clean, used shoe covers and his own floor mat. Very nice. Will definitely call them if anything else breaks.

Very Professional - I received an E Mail verifying the time, and it included he repairman's picture. He called when he was on the way also. My problem was repaired promptly. So thankful I did not have to get a new one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Appliance.--
