Technician was very thorough and took a lot of time to explain things to me.

The microwave was not completely fixed, so we ended up replacing. Ignition on a stove burner was successfully done. Dishwasher was worked on in three sessions, but never worked--ended up replacing. Service men were very nice but just couldn't seem to resolve the microwave and dishwasher issues. Mr. Appliance reduced the billing to $413 to compensate for their inability to resolve our problems.

Quick and painless. I would have liked for it to have been repaired, but the tech was very informative and explained why repairing wasn't an option. He was very nice and quick to respond.

Very nice repair man. Completed task on site in roughly an hour. The part cost $80 and 160.00 was labor. I think they price based on landing just below replacement. No way labor should be 160 per hour.

Ok very polite young man who showed up placed mat down and wore foot covers. After long diagnostics. He reported that the problem was with the Motherboard and would have to replace it in about 1-2 days. because I had to work I had to hand wash my uniforms. Well he returned. As promised with the $ 376.00 MB. And proceeded to work for the better part of an hour. This was on a Monday and after a long shift We were very tired- well to make along story short the Motherboard did not fix the problem. I would. Have to hand wash our uniforms again. We were devastated. The worker stated that it must be the motor which would cost an additional $56. Of course we had no option but to continue with the fix. Just one thing as a nurse used to diagnostics I generally move from least to more advanced diagnoses. My only thought was why didn't he fix the motor first then move to the more advance and expensive diagnosis? Hooray the $56 motor fixed the washer!!! Did we need the Motherboard? We didn't care we had our washer back and life was restored to normal. But for those on a budget crunch I would suggest that they inquire about the necessity of a more expensive diagnosis first before ruling out the cheapest fix. I called on Wednesday afternoon and spoke with a woman who was very nice. I told her the problem we were having with our freezer and ice maker. She scheduled somebody to come out the very next day to check it out. The tech was on time and friendly. He didn't take long to look the freezer over. He cleaned the ice/frost off the tracks and around the ice maker. He said he wanted to wait a few days to see if cleaning the tracks and around the ice maker would make any difference before we have to spend a lot of money replacing the ice maker. We are planning to call Mr. Appliance back in a few days to schedule somebody to come back out and replace the ice maker because I think the test failed. Our ice maker is still not working right. We will recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.

My wife and I had tried to diagnose and fix the problem with the lights underneath our microwave, to no avail. I called the service and they showed up at the promised time, with a phone call when they were 20 minutes away. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and were back to install it a day or so later. Great service.

Fuse blown. Also some problems with potential wiring. Replaced fuse with one he had....gave 30 days warranty on labor in case the wiring failed. Nice guy.

Use a temporary solution to get me back running awaiting parts arrival. Installation of new part was timely. Communication and service are excellent. Very professional repair person.

They did a good job with the service. I needed my electric countertop repaired.

We called him and left a message, but never heard back. We contacted the call center and explained what happened, but never heard back from a manager. In this case, I can understand leaving the job without the dryer working properly, but the technician and/or a manager not calling back is about as unprofessional as it gets. Safe your money and use another service or get a new dryer........ you are half way there after paying these guys.

Mr. Appliance was very easy and courteous to work with from start to finish. I spoke with Tammy to make the appointment which she was able to schedule us a technician within 24 hours. Spencer then inspected the washer and determined that the water pump was broken and was causing the leak from under the washer. He ordered the part which can in the next afternoon. We scheduled for him to come back the morning after the part came in...the washer works as good as new. All within 2 1/2 days from the initial phone call. Both Tammy and Spencer were very professional, kind and patient with us as they explained our options. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance and spencer as he was professional, wore shoe covers, brought his own door mat and cleaned the area after the repair. Also he arrived on time and even called 20 min before arrival. The price below includes the advantage plan as well as the parts/labor.

He was very helpful and he was originally there for my dishwasher, but also took a look at my refrigerator. He was very nice and honest and explained everything to me.

I called to make an appointment on a Friday and the earliest appointment they had that worked with my work schedule was on the following Wednesday. I was happy to wait because all of my experiences with Mr. Rooter had been great. Brian called to let me know he was on his way to my house. He explained what was wrong and fixed it. He was in and out of my house within 30 minutes. I will now add them to the top of my appliance repair list.

I called to have someone come check out my leaking washing machine. Tammy was very helpful and quickly set up an appointment time. Spencer called before coming and was on time. He was very pleasant and informative. The pump had to be ordered so he had to return to finish the job. Again, he was on time. He wore shoe covers in the house and brought his own shop vac. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. My washing machine is good as new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Great, they called ahead of time to confirm. Upon arrival introduced themselves and donned protective gear on their feet as to not track dirt. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me a price immediately. Very professional.

Everything went well. Both appliances were fixed.

Aaron diagnosed the problem and saw that the two issues were related; i.e., the ice maker mechanics were broken which caused the feed line to get blocked with overflow going to the evaporator line causing it to get blocked. We decided against a new ice maker so Aaron cleared the evaporator line, shut off the current ice maker and assured us that it would no longer leak. He told us that if we changed our mind within a week, he would return to install a new ice breaker for the cost of the parts. He also said he would return to fix the refridgerator if it leaked again. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Very professional and kind. Showed me the issues as he was doing the work. Even though he replaced a part in the refrigerator, it still wasn't getting cold enough. I called them back and they returned promptly. They apologized and told me other issues with the refrigerator/freezer and showed me as well. I received a check in the mail 2 days later for the cost to repair the refrigerator. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you handle them is the most important. They handled it without me even asking for a credit and I would definitely call them again. Great customer service!!!
