Description of Work: Came out twice. Assessed situation ordered parts and came out to install. I still had a problem with my stove. He said that he would contact the dealer. The dealer said maybe the problem had something to do with how the electrical portion was installed. They came out today and worked on the cook top but I am still having some issues. I am still experiencing a clicking sound when I turn the burner down. Mr appliance said that they would come out again at no additional charge after the electrician did his part.

Description of Work: It pays to wait for quality service...no wonder these guys are in high demand! They were late for both scheduled appointments, but the thoroughness and dedication to fixing my refrigerator was impressive. I gave them a "C" in punctuality, but As in every other category. If I am going to spend money on appliance repairs, I will call them back!

Okay but not great.
Description of Work: Looked to see the problem with our ice maker on our refrigerator. Could not fix. Looked at our disposal and said it was not fixable. Had someone else look at it and he found a nail in it. It was cleared and works great now.

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance replaced the defrost heater and thermostat on my refrigerator. A technician was dispatched within a few hours, and the repair was made quickly, considering a part had to be ordered. Everyone was super friendly!
