+ 0 moreCame and spent quite a bit of time looking over the job. When he left he took some rough drawings with measurements that my husband had made, and never called or came back. Seemed eager for the work, otherwise we wouldn't have given him the drawings. Would have appreciated an explanation and our notes back.

+ 7 moreOverall, the experience was good. He spent a week (5 days) fixing everything I'd let go around the house for the past 2 years. He had a co-worker during the days he was installing the gate due to its size and weight. He cleaned up and was delayed slightly by bad weather for a few days. I had to wait three weeks to have the work completed but it was worth it. Next year I'll do it again.
Description of Work: He came and installed two security doors, re-keyed all locks on the house, installed new sills and a new garden fence with gate. To fill out the last day of work, he worked through my spring punch list which included: fix dishwasher, fix bathroom tile, fix parquet floors, fixed doors and installed new hardware on cabinets.
