Description of Work: They did the annual termite service for me.I have had them for 3 years. The first service and fees were great. I was not notified prior to either of the annual services. I contacted them about canceling their service and they stated I needed to keep them to sell my house and get a termite certificate. I have since sold my house and they charge $100.00 to get a letter. If they did the service they should know that there are no termites and if they are unsure they should come out at their own cost. This should be an easy process. If I would have not renewed with them the fee would be $150. They are out for the money after they get you the first time. I will not use this company ever again.

 + -1 moreI didn t know what exactly they did out there, but when we first hired them they had to drill some holes outside into the foundation. I knew they did their job because we haven't had any termite trouble. I also knew their prices were fair or we wouldn t have used them. I was happy with them overall.
Description of Work: They did an annual termite inspection on the outside of my home.
