What an an amazing company. We had all our hardwood floors refinished and added additional square footage of hardwood and our stairs. So this experience is beyond stressful for the homeowner you have to move out take your dogs so on. But no one expected our main ac unit in the house to go out in 100 degree Memphis heat. But this amazing team handled it so professionally. They called us told us the issue within an hour we had our HVAC guy out. They worked with the HVAC to allow for them to be able to come inside to get the new unit installed. They rearranged schedules so they could still finish the job on time. And were absolutely professional about every part of the process.

The floors are absolutely beautiful! I am very satisfied with the services. The team was professional and completed the work within the time stated. Will recommend to family and friends!

I am very pleased with the work that Mid South Flooring did on the installation of new engineered hardwood flooring in our home. The flooring looks great! Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It took us a bit of extra time to choose the right flooring for our needs and Danny was patient and accommodated us with plenty of samples to choose from. Everything about the project was handled professionally and timely. I also appreciated their use of equipment with attached vacuums during the demolition of the existing floor to limit the amount of dust and debris. They expertly handled one unexpected challenge with the conversion of carpeted stairs to hardwood and charged me a very reasonable fee in the process. When it looked like it was going to take an extra day Danny sent two crews over to make sure I could get back in on schedule and wouldn't have to change the moving company dates. The team was always here by 8:30 as promised and they were VERY helpful with multiple color selections and let me think about it overnight so I could see it in different light.

We have worked with many household service companies over the years. I always thought that part of being a painter, plumber, construction crew meant arriving late or in some cases, not all all. Imagine my surprise when not only did the crew from Mid South flooring arrive on time, they finished their work a day earlier than expected! Excellent service! All were respectful, professional, prompt and exceptionally skilled. We would highly recommend MidSouth Flooring to all!

Absolute best experience. Danny originally installed my hardwood floors when we built the house 12 years ago so when the water came gushing in from upstairs who better to call. Great price and worked totally around our schedule to complete the work. Other companies estimated much more and said we would be out of the house for up to 6 weeks. Danny had his people on the job the day he committed to and we were back in the house in one week. Entire living area and part of kitchen had to be removed, dried out then replaced. Can't tell at all where the wood was pieced back into the original. He sanded and stained giving me any choice I wanted. Still looks great 1 year later - so happy with Danny and his guys!!!!

Excellent work from start to finish. The floors were in such bad shape that I initially assumed they'd have to be completely replaced, but now the same old floors look like new.

Mr. Bernard was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to work with. He discussed product information, potential cost, and timelines with us in his showroom and followed up with an on-site visit to ensure we all understood the work to be performed. The installation went as close to perfect as you can get. We were very happy with the attention paid around the fireplace and how well they leveled the floor. They were completely prompt and professional and the floor is absolutely beautiful. It is obvious they care deeply about making the customer happy.

Excellent job - I can’t say enough great things about this company. Danny provided me with a timeline and his crew stuck to it exactly. The entire living area had to be removed and replaced and you can’t tell the difference where they weaved the new boards in. The floors look great! Highly recommend.
