All went well. Mid-South arrived on time, installed the flooring and applied the stain and protective coating. Excellent clean-up. This was the fourth flooring installation in our home by Mid-South. It's a terrific company.

They were good. They came out and did the job pretty fast. I was in the middle of moving; so I wanted to have the floors done before I moved my furniture in and they had all that taken care of. They did a good job. I was pretty happy with them. I recommended them to my sister.

They had excellent customer service. It is locally owned and operated. They are very attentive and very quick to communicate with return calls, emails and so on. It's first class service. They were professional. They got the job done on time.

We received bids from two flooring companies, and selected Mid South Flooring due to the wood quality and price. The Mid South team replaced our upstairs carpet with pre-finished wood in our upstairs hallway, master bedroom, and master closet. The quality of the work was excellent, the Mid South team were professional and courteous, and the customer service was also very good. We would recommend Mid South flooring for any wood flooring projects.

Danny was great before the work was started-- friendly and responsive. However, when the work was ongoing, we received very little communication about when tasks would be done (so we could move furniture, books, etc.) and more importantly, when we needed to be out of the house. For example, we were told at 7 or 8PM that we needed to be out of the house the next morning (needing to pack and find a hotel)-- and we only knew that because we called Danny to ask about the plan for the next day. We tried to set up a planning meeting with Danny at the beginning of the job (and arranged our work schedules accordingly those first days to be available), but finally on the 3rd or 4th day of the job, we saw Danny, 15 minutes late with no apology (15 minutes matter when you are rushing to get to work). We were confused one day when we came home from work and there was a wood floor in our closet. Danny had brought by samples earlier, but we had never told him which variety we wanted. It ended up looking fine, but this is clearly a communication problem. On one of the last days of the job, we came home and there were several deep scratches on the floor-- as if something really heavy had been dropped on the floor. We texted Danny the next day (in response to his text asking "how we liked the floors"), expressing our concern about the scratches and asking how they would address the scratch. No response. We sent another text the next day. No response. We called the next day-- and Danny agreed to send someone out. They arrived as promised and proceeded to accuse us of scratching the floor. That being said, the end product is beautiful and the workers that we saw every day were nice.
