Description of Work: Dishwasher would only empty, all the time. A service time was available the next day, and tech was on time. Checked machine and indicated it was the inlet valve that was defective. Gave me a price for the part and the service and indicated it normally would be two days to get the part and come out. This turned out to be what happened. He returned and installed the part and everything is working well.

+ -1 moreMy Kenmore dryer stopped drying clothes...it would run but no heat. Called Mid America and they were very helpful. Bought a new heating element, fuse, and thermostat. They showed me illustrations on how to get to the element and answered all my questions. I just finished installing all of the above and it works perfectly. Now my wife doesn't have to wait till after Christmas to get the dryer repaired. Great help from Mid America on American Way in Memphis.
Description of Work: Help with identifying parts needed and showing me how to repair the appliance myself.
