The unit looks good but couple of air ducts were cut off which included the main such as well and I could feel the air coming out and these were not resealed back. This was a work order from Fannie Mae as we bought a foreclosure home. Tried to follow up with them and the lady was extremely rude and said we don't guarantee any work. Tried calling again to set up an appointment for an estimate and she said she didn't have a schedule in front of her and would call on a Friday and send a technician to the house by giving an hour or .5 hour notice. They didn't call back after that. How rude is that n this is not the way to run a company. Extremely disappointed.

I had already paid back in the spring and there was an additional $55 because of the nature of my system. They have to replace the humidifier water panel every year. They are very clean and pick up everything. In years past they have also replaced my unit completely and they were fabulous.

We had shopped around quite a bit for our new system. This company was one of the cheapest we had received. We set up the appointment. They called before they were supposed to come out. They arrived on time. We were very pleased with the fact that they were finished by the time they said they would be. We felt we were treated just fine. We had a full tutorial of how the new system worked.

I have not had any problems with our new furnace or air conditioner. I just loved the man who put them in. He was so nice and really made sure I knew what he was doing every step of the way. They are a great company to work with.

Their staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. We always call them. We have used their services for years and years. We are always pleased with their work. I have recommended them to friends.

I would say that this company is average and would give them C's for everything. I cannot really comment on their pricing because that would have been dealt with through our contractor, but I can tell you that they have had to come back to our home several times to work on our air conditioning system for us. This work as been covered under our warranty, but it has still been a bit of a hassle. They are just your typical heating and air conditioning contractor, I would say. I probably would not use them again based on our experience with them because I would prefer to use a company who got the job done right the first time. I would just say that there was nothing exceptional about them that stood out in my mind.

We had this company come recommended to us from a friend. We were told that they had very good prices. We found that to be right. We did check around for other price quotes and we found them to be one of the best in the area. The people we dealt with were very friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing. They checked to make sure there were no leaks and they made sure it worked properly. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

We had a nice experience in our dealings with the people from this company. We were very satisfied with how much effort they put into trying to get our heating system working for us before Christmas. Our system went bad on December 23. They tried to get the part in before Christmas but no one could have it till the day after. They got the part the very next morning after Christmas and came right out had had it installed for us all in the same day. They worked very hard and fast to make sure it was installed and working properly. Their prices were very fair and competitive.

Our heating and air conditioning unit works like brand new again thanks to them. We were impressed with the quick response to our call and the efficient manner they were able to fix it in. We send our highest recommendations with this company.

The serviceman arrived as scheduled and found the problem immediately. He had the correct part in the truck so there was no waiting at all for it to be fixed. The heat pump was changed quickly and efficiently and there have been no further problems.

This is not the first time we have used this companies services. We have always had great dealings with them. They are a very punctual business. Rest assured, if they tell you a time they will be there they will be on time. They have a lot of experience. They don't make many mistakes. If they make any, then they fix it right away. We have always had the very best prices for work they do.

We have not had any problems with the new system that they installed in our new home. Everything works really well and our utility bills show that they did a good job of making sure there were no air leaks in the duct work or anything.

This company does an excellent job. I am always pleased with the service. They have been doing work for us for years. I would definitely recommend them to other people because they are honest and trustworthy. They do great quality work as well.

My husband pretty much had all of the dealings with the people with this company. We did shop around and found them to have very good prices. My husband did say that they had it done very fast. I do know that we have had no problems with the new system since they left. I am sure we would use them again in the future.

I would never recommend them because they do unprofessional work. I would never hire them or even let them in my home ever again. I would rate them a zero on a scale of one to ten. I will leave it at that because I do not want to slander them. They know I am unhappy and exactly how I feel about them and their work. My contractor paid them.

This was a huge job. I was glad to see that this company handled the workload very well. They were reliable and respectful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. One of my biggest complaints about contracting companies is how they drag mud into your home. I did not even have to worry about that with this group. They were very considerate of my wishes and household rules. If I am unhappy with a company, I will go ahead and say it. I am not shy. I give these group two thumbs up and that is a pretty good rating from a customer like me.

They took three hours to replace both the air conditioner and the furnace in our house. When they came to put them in they were really nice and easy to talk to. I have not had any problems with the work that they did for us.

I am not a very happy person at all. First off, the air does not even regulate as well as it should, they left a great mess behind, including hand prints all over my walls. I am so disappointed. They were supposed to come back and complete the job and they never did. I called them repeatedly and eventually, after no response, I had to hire someone else to finish the job. The work here was horrible. I have turned them into the Better Business Bureau and everything.

They did great work and they were responsive and reasonably priced. They called and let me know when they'd be late.
