I wanted deep cleaning and they didn't do deep deep cleaning.

Had bi weekly cleanings set for about 6 months but canceled after there were just to many short cuts being taken and honestly just a very light (ie poor) cleaning done with nothing completely ever cleaned. There was little consistency with who showed up. Biggest complaints, used my vacuum which they clogged with cat toys, the car they used left oil spots in my driveway.

Best service out there. I couldn't be more pleased!

Every one of the maids need to go through bedmaking 101. I have been through several cleaners and finally found one that does a pretty good job most of the time. Once my contract is up, my plan is to switch back to Two Chicks and a Broom. They were more reasonable in pricing and I liked their results better.

I hired Merry Maids to clean my house every other week. I have two dogs and two cats but no kids and a very small house. They did a TERRIBLE job every time they came! I signed a contract for them to come for a whole year. I got a and quot;discountand quot; for signing the contract and not having to pay the ~350 dollar first time and quot;deep cleaningand quot; fee. The and quot;deep cleaningand quot; was terrible. I had to call them back the next day to come out and clean again. None of the baseboard or blinds were cleaned. The next two times I had to call them out again as well. The last time they came they did not dust anything in the house and didn't even touch an entire room. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The first deep clean- was awesome. The following cleanings became shorter and shorter each time, and I went from 2 maids to 1. The services went from awesome to mehhh. For the price I felt I could get a better deal.

Requested cleaning service for a new home I had not moved into yet. The response was quick and polite when I called and I got a quote very quickly. It was down hill from there. I purchased the and quot;detailand quot; cleaning option which I assumed would be a through cleaning since the charge was $355 for a small three bedroom, 2 bath zero lot line. If I am being kind, I would give their performance a C. Things I was told would be done such as cleaning ceiling fans and wiping down kitchen cabinet doors were not done. Since I had just had new floors put in the house except for the kitchen and bath, there was very little to do to the floors. I expressed to the gentleman that gave me a quote that my main concern was the kitchen and bath but the cleaning in these rooms was unacceptable and I had to clean them myself after they left. I have had several cleaning professionals in the past so I knew what, and what not, to expect. This was the worst cleaning job I have ever had and if this was a detailed cleaning, I can't imagine what a routine service would look like.

signed an agreement for bi-weekly cleanings for 12 months. Maids have always been on time and do a fantastic job. There is nothing like coming home from work to an immaculately clean apartment.

They have done such a good job that I recently switched to the every-other week plan. They did a beautiful job and scrubbed everything including the floors, walls and ceilings. Now my house is always clean and it is really nice. I have dogs so it is hard to keep the house clean on my own. I have always wanted a maid service and I thought it would be too expensive for me. However, with the package deal, I saved a lot of money and I like the value of the service Merry Maids provides.

I decided to try them out after seeing their ads. They come twice a month. I would absolutely choose them again if I had to.
