Memphis Sight And Sound

Wasted an entire Saturday waiting for these guys to come give an estimate for a media room in Collierville. I had gone in person to their showroom to talk to them about the room and my needs and was assured that they could handle it. I arranged for a date and time for them to come out, and watched Roger (the owner?) write it into his datebook with my address and phone number. Saturday rolls around and I haven't heard from them, so I try to call them to confirm the appt...no answer. I leave messages saying I am trying to confirm the appt...no callbacks. I called them 6 times that Saturday...no answer at all. No show, no calls, no apologies...not even the week after the fact. Thank God we found out how these guys run their business before spending any money on them...must be nice to be able to pass up a $10,000 job without worrying about the consequences. How would they treat you after they got your money??
