The experience was as painless as possible. Selling a house I had shared with my family for 16 years was difficult, but Sheldon made the experience better by making it happen so quickly. The cost was not really $1.00, but I couldn't submit the review without filling the cost in. I paid the typical real estate commission, which varies from 5-7%.
Description of Work: Sheldon Rosengarten was my real estate agent. He listed my house in Dogwood Grove, near Houston High School. He did his "homework" and did a great job marketing my home. After hearing horror stories from neighbors who had their homes on the market for almost a year (and some more than a year), I figured I would be having to keep my house clean and ready for showings for months and months to come. Much to my surprise, Sheldon sold my house the first day it hit the market. I received two full-priced offers and and another above list price.
