An outstanding local company that crushed Terminix' cost and provided me with confidence that they are in this together with me. Justin (grandson of the founder) did the quote and also did the service - initial termite work-up and the inside/outside pest control. He explained each step to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. He performed the services in an efficient manner and cleaned up everything. The cost of each service was half what I had been paying. They are licensed and provide a $100,000 guarantee. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Two young guys came out to my house to see if they saw anything and wanted to charge me $200 to potentially rid my home of a baby rodent just to set out 2 traps and rub strip. However, because I could not make a decision at the time to use their services, I was told it would cost an additional $50 if they had to return because "you know that is the way business operates". Needless to say, I do not use M&W for any of my services any more and I had been a loyal customer for several years.

Termite contract with company came with the house. No complaints, I've used the company for the past three years. Representatives are courteous and responsive. Technicians are prompt and reliable. Inspection and treatments are thorough and effective. I would not hesitate to call for other pest problems.

M and W sends the same guy every quarter. They have been here a long time and I have been with them for a long time. I am comfortable with them.

One time, there were more spiders. They come out again, and they were gone.

Well, before spraying my house, they checked all over in my house to find out the probable hot spots. Then they started doing their work. They were neat and clean and took care of our furniture and with the chemicals they were using.

M and W Termite Control had a pretty good service. Their inspection was pretty thorough. They looked around our sheds and yard and the inside of our home. They must have used a good product as we haven't had any problems with Termites.

There has never been a bad experience with this company to my recollection. They are always courteous and friendly and have always been in and out and did what they had to do. I have had no problems from any workers or products that they use. I am pleased with them.
