Great. Very smooth.

I called Lisa to have her look at our bathroom and get some ideas. She gave none. After setting up a date for the work to begin she tossed me off to one of her underlings and if I tried to call her, she wouldn't talk to me, but I was referred to someone else. She called a contractor named Hunt Simonton through whom the work was done and with whom my husband and I signed a contract. The work was not what I expected from someone so highly rated. The ceiling paint began to peel immediately. Out of the six can lights installed in the ceiling three go off and on, off and on. One light actually fell out of the ceiling a few months after the work was finished. The two sinks installed were not finished on the bottom even though Lisa's employee Neely knew the bottom of the sinks were going to show. One of the legs to the vanity was loose from the beginning. I can see the where the caulk on the door has pulled away from the door. This also happened immediately. There were cracks in the crown molding in the corners from the beginning, but I'll just chalk that up to the house settling. After everything was finished I called Lisa to ask her opinion on everything that was done and to tell her some of my concerns and asked if she would come out to the house. She did. The only thing that was not done that we asked to be done was to have two towel racks installed below the sinks to give the bathroom an 'old timey' feel. That was never done. She called the contractor about it; asked him to call me; he never called me back to address the issue. Skip to two years later. We had a huge leak in that bathroom which forced us to make a claim on our Homeowner's Insurance. When the plumbers were here, I asked if this problem could have/should have been fixed when the bathroom was renovated. He asked if the entire floor was pulled up and the beams exposed. I said 'Yes'. He told me the plumber would have been able to see that seam and replaced it then. Well, he didn't. The plumber was Wade plumbing. The man doing the work for Wade also left a horrible mess in my attic. I would not recommend Lisa Mallory or Hunt Simonton. I'm taking so long to write this review because I'm finally sick of feeling so bad about my bathroom and having the lights go on and off that I got up the guts to post this.
