Lea Clark Roof Assist

We had a wonderful experience with Lea Clark Roof Assist - each employee that we dealt with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. Our calls/questions were answered immediately, they informed us of the insurance and removal/installation process in great detail, and patiently went through the various roofing options with us. They also dealt with our homeowner's insurance directly for the majority of the claim, which made the process so much easier on our end. The most difficult part of the process was selecting a new shingle style and color thanks to the service we received from them! Installation was completed in a timely manner, and although we had a few day delay due to weather (expected in the fall months), Lea kept us updated on the status. The roof was installed in one day, and the clean up the team did was superb (no nails, debris, etc. to be found). The roof looks fantastic as well. I highly recommend Lea Clark!

Roofers arrived early morning and stayed until job conduit. They stayed and worded after dark. Great clean up, follow up next week was also great.

I needed advice on a chronic roof leak around a chimney that I had unsuccessfully tried to repair myself several times. Lea Clark looked it over and recommended new flashing. I agreed, and his employees did the work within a short time. Mr. Clark and I then tested it with a water hose and found no leak. He told me that he would be responsible for any water damage if it did recur in the future. The representatives who conducted the roof damage assessment and insurance claim coordination were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough. It took a bit of schedule juggling to get the roof replacement scheduled, but once it started it was quickly completed. Unfortunately, it rained the day they did it so there was some new interior water damage. The roofing company accepted full responsibility for this though and fairly compensated by promptly and thoroughly clearing the interior water and throwing in the ceiling repair. All communications were professional and quite responsive.

i had some pretty severe damage after a storm which caused a portion of a tree to fall on the back of my roof resulting in a leaky roof and extensive water damage internally. Lea Clark roof assist came out to assess my roof very promptly and gave a very fair estimate. They were the second estimate i obtained and were several hundred dollars cheaper than the other company i was considering. However the price was not the deciding factor. The professionalism was outstanding and i felt i could trust that they were going to do everything they said they were going to do. The owner came to my house and took the time to explain in detail what his crew would be doing. They finished in less than one day and the work was quality. After the job was complete the owner showed me exactly what they did and made sure i did not have any questions. i would most definitely recommend this business. High quality without the high price tag.
