Description of Work: I was to have a door frame replaced. However, they gave me a quote but I had to keep trying to get back with them to discuss it. The guy that did the quote was very nice and professional. However, I thought the price was rather high for what was to be done. More importantly, the guy providing the quote was not the guy going to do the work. That was never told to me. Nobody who was going to do the work ever called me. It just didn't feel that my job was very important to them. I finally just decided to go else where.

+ 2 moreI feel that Landmark did a really good job for me. I am very pleased with them and all of the work that they did. I have no issues at all. In fact, I do not think anything could have turned out any better than they did. They showed up as scheduled everyday and they were always ready to work on whatever it was on the schedule that day. Great job all the way around.
Description of Work: Landmark remodeled the inside of my home by putting up drywall, installing some wiring, running some plumbing lines, painting, and even installing new appliances. The rooms they had remodeled consisted of an 8 X 10 bedroom, a 15 X 30 game room and a 10 X 8 bathroom. They also did some work in the yard including flower beds and soil.

+ 1 moreThey did a good job on the painting where we had water stains on the ceiling. The drywall is smooth and even, and our door opens and closes smoothly. So overall, it is a satisfactory restoration job. I know I paid at least a thousand dollars, I however do not know the exact amount.
Description of Work: We them install new sheet rock in our bedroom, several spots on the ceiling painted and a new interior door installed to correct some water damage to our home. I don't know the size of the room.
