They were here when they said they would be. They sent different people for different jobs. They would call the night before to tell us what time the people would be here. It was a beautiful job.

I scheduled a meeting and the gentleman came by to review the work to be done. The quote was emailed to me a month later and when I emailed back (twice) requesting additional information, I never received a response.

Landmark Construction General Contractor were excellent.

Had water damage due to storm (major leakage). Landmark came in and did estemate and came back again when insurance adjustors came. Repaired roof, walls, painted walls and replaced hardwood floor. All this was done in about a 2 week time period. The few problems I had with work where taken care of right away and everything went smoothly.

Rusty Branlett was wonderful. All of the workers he sent did a great job. He did a great job of managing this project.

We have used Landmark for two different projects. The first was remodeling of our master bathroom, which included new counters, a new tub, and painting of cabinets. The second was a project involving a new roof, new front windows, and floor refinishing. Rusty was such a great help! he made sure everything was done correctly, down to the last detail, and in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again! They may not be the cheapest provider but you pay a premium for having it all run through them and not having to deal with multiple contractors. You just really have to deal with Rusty, and he's great!

They came pretty quickly and gave me a really detailed estimate which covered everything. Then they got back to me quickly. I haven't finalized with the insurance and everything. The damage that I had on my house prompted me to get in touch with Landmark and it's still not dealt with. Landmark was really good. They gave us an extremely detailed estimate. It's more than the insurance adjuster. The man gave us the full estimate within 4 or 5 days. So, I am really pleased as far as that goes. They quoted me about $7100 or $7200. The guy was very professional. It was a very thorough estimate as well.

Someone came to do an estimate. He was prompt and focused. When we asked questions(we've never remodeled anything before) he was short and made us feel like idiots for not understanding immediately. He measured everything and looked around. He said he would work up a price estimate and get back with us. We did not hear from him for 2 weeks so I called and left a message. He did return my call saying it would take a little longer. He called a few days later saying he had an estimate and to call him or email. I emailed saying we had to get someone else to do the bathrooms, but would still like an estimate on the kitchen. We never heard from him again. We felt that not returning an email was unprofessional and rude. We would not hire this company based on this experience.

I really liked the way that they presented a quote. I had a couple of people at work that had used them. They also had good ratings. They came out when they said they were going to. They had a meeting with the sub-contractors. They explained the whole process to me. I met each one of the various contractors on the job. They weren't the least expensive, but I felt very comfortable using them. They are also insured, which is a concern when you have a lot of people coming to your house when you're not at home.

There were no problems. It was a little slow, but the work was good.

The estimate was free and he came out a few different time to measure. I was very impressed with this company and we would use them. It turns out that we are not going to begin our project. If we have any projects in the future, I would contact this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Betwen the 2 houses that we own and my place of employment we have hired them 5 times. Their estimates are done professionally and accurately. Their communication is flawless as well as their work. It is still construction, but they take as much stress out as possible by communicating properly. You will always know what is going on and their quality of work is extremely good.

The work is going on now. They have some problems with some valves or something and will have to fix it again. They did a great job otherwise. The contractor that they used for the tile work was excellent and the other people that they used were great. They were more expensive than everybody else that I had talked to, but they also did a much better job than others that I had seen. Their plumber wasn’t the nicest person, but everything else was excellent. If I have a big job to do in the future I probably would use them, or else I would use someone that can come out without even a contractor. If I ever have to remodel my bathroom again I would use them.

I hired Landmark as General Contractor for my remodeling project to hire competent subcontractors and manage the project timeline, goals, and budget. They were substandard in both aspects. The subcontractors that Landmark hired were consistently late if they showed up at all; performed work poorly the first time and had to return multiple times to correct their mistakes; didn't clean up the work area when they were finished. When I complained to Landmark and requested different subcontractors, I was told that they had already been paid and would have to complete the job. Landmark's management of the project was reactive not proactive. They didn't plan ahead and took no responsibility for their mistakes or lack of planning. The project took almost 12 weeks instead of the 4-6 weeks I was promised. The project manager only showed up onsite every 7-10 days and only spent about 15 minutes looking around. I spent as much time as Landmark scheduling and managing subcontractors. I will say that the estimate they put together for my project was the most thorough and concise I have ever seen. However, all the costs were underestimated, and the only reason the project came in on budget was because I cut tasks out of the original estimate.

They appeared promptly to provide a bid. However, there was some delay in emailing the bid. The crew appeared promptly on the agreed upon time. The work was done well and the clean up was excellent. I am very satisfied.

We were completely pleased as evidenced by hiring them for 4 projects. Their quality of work is excellent; however, just as important was their communication and reliability. They have an excellent staff.

Landmark was punctual and polite. The follow through, sending an estimate, has not been received.

After our main sewer line was damaged, our insurance claims adjuster recommended several contractors. Landmark Construction scored the highest in Angie's List. Landmark was very professional, timely and efficient. There was some confusion about the final invoice, but it was quickly resolved. We would definitely use Landmark again.

I was glad that they returned my call quickly. They gave me an estimate. I liked that they were able to start the job right away. They did the work quickly and they were neat in the work.

Landmark was the only company of the 4 bidding on the job who needed to send sub-contractors to review work to be performed before submitting an overall estimate. They showed up on time for the original appointment to review the work to be done, but that was the only positive experience I had with this company. Overall, I am very disappointed, not only in that they didn't honor their word, but since I was waiting on their estimate, I did not get the work finished when I wanted.

The job was done a week, before I expected. The contractor called me anytime a question came up and they always called me back. And yeah, they took on the challenge with a smile. They asked for half of the money up front and I supplied the second half after. When the estimate was done, the contractor gave me a price and we negotiated it down a thousand dollars. Buddy Daily (my contractor) was very easy to work with.

They were very professional, paid attention to detail and they showed me that my opinion mattered in the remodeling of my bathroom. Their quote was very reasonable as well. They just really had great customer service skills and knew exactly what we wanted.

They were efficient and got the job done quickly. When they were finished, it looked exactly the same as it did before the wreck. They were courteous, polite, and I felt comfortable having them in the house. The job was done over a year and half ago, so I do not remember the price.

We met some of the people from this company, and they were very kind. We were really treated with a lot of respect. They really worked very hard every day to get our home rebuilt. They knew we wanted to get back in. They really seemed to care about what they were doing. We were easily kept up to date on the progress. We only had to pay our $500 deductible for the job and our insurance paid the rest.
