Couldn't be more pleased with Kiser's. Hunter Kiser was very helpful. Came to my house with carpet samples and measured the space. Called with estimate in a couple of days. Were able to schedule installation immediately. Workers were professional and did quality work.Called afterwards to be sure we were satisfied and even threw in a very nice "thank you" gift for using them. Highly recommend!!

Our salesman was Clark Sims and the installer was Bobby. The selection of product phase went very well. Clark displayed a broad knowledge of products, in addition to being a very personable young man. He went out of his way to help us select what we thought was a quality product, and scheduled the installation to meet our needs. A problem arose concerning apparent mildew in the 20 year old sheet vinyl we were replacing and Clark arranged for a factory rep to visit our home to determine, after further testing, that we could proceed with the installation. After the old floor and shoe molding was removed, we discovered that the sheet vinyl we had selected was defective for several reasons. We were devastated, but the installer showed us a new product that proved perfect for our needs. Clark went to work with the factory rep, and got us a good discount on the new product (and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;). Although the job lengthened considerably due to the problem, the new installation went off without any surprises. My and quot;Band quot; rating on and quot;qualityand quot; is due to the poor quality of the first vinyl we selected - a manufacturer's defect which Kiser's could not have foreseen, but for which they were ultimately responsible.

It was perfect. They cleaned up well after themselves. They were prompt and professional.

Unresponsive salesperson. Our concerns were not met with any urgency. The crew hired to lay and refinish wood flooring was subcontracted. I oversaw their work as much as possible; quickly discovered they would cut-out early and return in the middle of the evening (8 pm, onward) to blast music and conduct terribly sub-par work. The salesman was not moved to make any changes. I requested a different crew on round 1 and was told it was impossible to make the switch. We were in a hotel with our toddlers for an such an extended period of time due to 'do overs' and fixes that we had to accept the job as it was. A couple years later, and permanent reminders of the shoddy work and the company's lack of response, I still feel greatly disappointed.

The sales person was very accommodating and helpful, and didn't try to upsell me. It was a quick and efficient install. It only took about two days. They cleaned up after themselves, which rarely happens nowadays. They did a lovely job. Just a really great job.

From start to finish, Kiser was professional and very helpful. We enjoy doing business locally. Kiser delivered a great product at a fair price, and very professionally. We would definitely use them again.

I had a similar HORRIBLE experience with Kiser's as described by other reviewers. It was an experience from h***. I had my entire home recarpeted and new floooring installed in my kitchen and hallways in 2008. We bought top of the line and it was very expensive. Their installation crew (none of whom spoke English or had worked for Kiser's before that date) broke several pieces of furniture and damaged walls, doors and floors. Their second crew used a power saw to cut wood INSIDE our house, spreading wood dust and shavings everywhere. They had to install and removed the kitchen floor multiple times because their crew messed that up too, and unbelievably, the management (consisting of the two Kiser brothers), took zero responsibility for what happened. With no other choice, we deducted the out of pocket cost of the damages and paid the very large bill in full. The lifetime warranty we were promised has been ignored (see their website), and as the carpeting is pulling up and getting loose all over the house, we called them to have the carpet restretched (included in warranty). What was their response? GET LOST! Is this an honest way to operate? Today we paid cash to one of their employees to come and do the job to restretch the carpet that, according to their website and our paperwork, was supposed to be under warranty. SHAMEFUL! UPDATE: The high end super expensive carpeting the Kiser brothers crazy crew installed has pulled up all over the house due to shoddy installation. Kiser's website states they re-stretch carpet at no charge. When we called to tell them our carpet was loose and pulling up everywhere and needed to be adjusted, what did they say? GET LOST! In their words, the free re-stretch applies to OTHER customers, not us (no doubt because of our Angie's List review)! Professional? NO ...Reliable? DEFINITELY NOT!

It went fine. They didn't install the tile, but they did install the carpet. The carpet installation on the stairs needed some adjustment, so I called them back, and they fixed it with no problem.

The work was fantastic. I worked with Patti Kiser, and she is phenomenal. She listened and provided suggestions. Everything was great, and the prices were extremely reasonable. It was such a good experience that I went to purchase an Oriental rug at one of their other locations. And that location was great experience, as well.

They've always done excellent work. I highly recommend them. We've had no problems with the work they've done. We've also purchased carpet from them that they've installed, as well. I also like the fact that they are a family-based company.

Everything is squared up and looks right. They did a good job.

Our sales person Bob was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. The installers were Bob and Jeff and they did an excellent job. Our new carpet looks great and feels great. A+++ Rating
