Mr. Klean Carpet Cleaning was very courteous when they called back and set the appointment to clean my carpet. Mr. Klean returned my call within two hours. The people who came out to do the work were very kind to me. My carpet had several nasty grape juice stains as well as two pet stains. They moved the furniture, and moved it back when finished. Their work was very professional and they did remove all the juice stains. When they were finished I had nothing to clean up after they left. I did check other companies and Mr. Klean Carpet Cleaning was very comparable in price.

I was very unhappy with this company and I was not satisfied at all. The man came in and it took him thirty-five minutes to clean four thousand square feet of carpet in a three-story house. The carpet was not clean, but very wet and it was just a waste. I was glad when he left, and he sure wasn t professional. He went around the furniture, but didn t bother to go under the furniture. I would not recommend them to anyone.
