They have been great, prices are reasonable and they send the same guy every time. I like that because I and the manage of my apartments have built up a rapport with him. They have done a great job. When I first took over it was ridden with roaches and rats. After the first treatment all the little critters packed up and left. They treat all the corners of the building. They just the raised the rates but I do not have a problem with that, it is very good.

This company was very professional. They came when they said they would and clearly explained what they were going to do.

The office is very responsive and the scheduling is very prompt. They're very courteous and very professional. The pricing is really agreeable.

The very polite technician treated our house for insects. I did not have any problem area. If I have seen insects, she takes care of it. If we have any insect problems after the house has been treated, they take care of it. They are always punctual and polite.

Did not show up for the appointment. I waited and then called. They said they would be there an hour later and still did not come on the day scheduled. Showed Up the next day when I was put off town. Left a note on my door. Called the next business day trying to reschedule. I was very disappointed.

Very non-dramatic. I am going with them because of their price and their scheduling. They are very personable, they were very good about trying to connect with us. They did a pretty good job. They are personable and professional. They typically come in in the day when I'm not here.

The inspector was very professional and gave us an estimate, we like it and hire them for the job.

Put my home on a yearly service agreement. Kees was responsive and on par with other services I've contracted with before for residential treatments. Seemed very thorough and from what I surmised, I expect only a couple of service technicians to service my home and did not feel that Kees had the labor turnover that some companies experience. That tells me they may treat their employees better than most which is a plus for me. We will see what the future holds. I rated them high because they met my expectation. It's a tough business to and quot;exceedand quot; expectations. I suppose maybe a followup phone call to the customer after the first visit would be a step toward exceeding expectations. The service technician did explain the chemicals used and where used and was very aware of my small dog. I very much like the fact that he put down sticky traps in inconspicuous places that are really going to help control spiders and anything else that meets their fate in those traps. Overall, great job, experience, and fairly priced.

Always a pleasure to work with Kee Pest Control. Technicians are professional in that they are punctual, polite, and conversational. Their office staff is very kind as well. The initial treatment for the termite inspection is a bit costly, but no more than other estimates I gathered at the time.

We had to cancel our service because we had to cut back on expenses but we are planning on using them again when we can afford to do so. She was responsive and reliable and very professional.

When they make their appointment, they are prompt. They are friendly. They do a good job. If I ask for anything specific, they are willing to do that. In the spring, I like them to spray by overhead gables and they'll do that without charging me any extra. They do the termite control once a year and come into the house quarterly for $380.

I would recommend a D for Kee Pest. At the time, I could afford it and I wouldn't have minded paying it if they had done their job. I had to be gone for 2 hours and I had to put my dog in a kennel for 3 hours. I wouldn't have minded that part if it had taken care of the bugs. I was unhappy with them. I was happy when I worked with them a couple years ago. They were supposed to be a Christian company and I like to work with Christian companies but this time he didn't do the job. The guy was friendly enough, I just didn't like his work. Before I left, I made sure to turn everything off. I turned off the computer and the TV. Two hours later when I came back, the TV was on ESPN. I think he watched TV and I still have bugs. I don't think it was worth the price. He was a little late so I think I would give him a D. He wasn't that late but he was late. He was pretty professional except for the TV being on.

They are very good. They did an absolutely excellent job on taking care of the wasp problem. The wasp service was $200. Their interior pest service is $75 a visit, and the exterior termite inspection is $200 and that's twice a year. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are wonderful. We have a contract with them. They come out once every 2-3 months. They've treated our house for 12 years and they've been wonderful. If we have a problem they are here the same day or at the latest the next day.

We were customers from our old house, and our current house was under a bug contact. After a few hours in the house, it became clear this was more than just a couple of bugs! Hundreds came out of one appliance - yuck! They were at our house with a couple of hours to give us an assessment of the issue and ultimately recommended a fogging along with the treatment. We thought we were going to have to wait until Monday (this was a Thursday), but the exterminator worked his schedule himself to rearrange to fit us in. We were extremely grateful for such great service!! Within a couple of days, the problem had drastically approved. Now that it's been 3 weeks, it seems fixed!

They were very professional, prompt and thorough. They actually followed up to see if I was willing to go with their service. I had a great interaction with them.

Okay. Not totally impressed. Charged $75 for yellow jacket nest removal that took 5 minutes. Otherwise the job was completed.

They did an excellent job. The technician was wonderful. He explained everything. He actually showed up a bit early, which didn't bother me at all. Everything went as scheduled. He was professional and he did a good job of explaining what the company does.

Work was done as promised; no problems

It went very well. Both termite and pest control servicemen showed up on time as scheduled. Also they were particularly engaging in that they indulged me in conversation as they worked, explaining to me what they were doing as well as telling me some of their outrageous encounters with clients in their line of work. I can't say much else except for that they were willing to work with us on pricing and even applied a coupon to the service that I hadn't been aware of.

I had a fairly good experience. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I had them do an evaluation and give me an estimate. I printed off a $30 off coupon off their website so my cost was $70. They did the treatment and then I noticed they did not put up the "tents" they mentioned and they did not spray the attic. I called and they were happy to come back out to finish the job. I was pleased with the service and will continue to use them going forward.

I have a yearly contract with this company. They inspected the house for fresh structural damage and also helped us re-seal all the possible pest entry points. Then, they followed up with their treatments for pests. They are always punctual about their visits. Familiarity with my needs helps them deliver a more effective result.

I've been using this company since the past ten years. They are familiar with my requirements. They come once a month to my house to do this work. They are good in their work and therefore get their contract renewed year after year. I don't face pest problems largely due to their wonderful job.
