Jim was very professional in his approach with returning messages, explaining the estimate, and completing the work. He completed my wood rot / damage from squirrels in one day. I would definitely hire him again, and I recommend him to everyone else.

Jim was very professional and prompt in returning phone calls and then getting the work completed. I felt his estimate was reasonable and he was very helpful in looking at some other work that needs to be done. I have his card and will definitely call on him again!

He made a suggestion for the problem I was having that I had not thought about and we used it. His customer service skills were wonderful. He made you feel you could trust him. The quality of the work would have been excellent, except he missed a couple of cracks that needed caulking.
