Jeff's Garage Door Service

It didn't go so well Jeff did not show Jeff did not call he told me that his entire staff ...everyone had called out sick for that day. But professionalism calls for a business owner to at least make phone calls to let his next day scheduled appointments know there will either be a delay or change. That did not happen, I had to call Jeff to find out that all of his employees had called it out sick yet he was at the office but he did not call potential customers or current customers to let them know that no one would be showing. This is poor customer service I now question the quality of his workmanship.

Absolutely outstanding service!! Agree with previous review, no hard sell tactics/games. These folks only sell what you need, or want. Expert workmanship at a very fair price. What more can I say.? Definitely recommend!!

He and a technician did the work without trying to "up sell" more services. We very much appreciated that!! They were very professional and courteous.

Overall, it was a great experience.

I installed a slide lock on my garage door. I didn't realize i incorrectly installed the lock until I started my automatic opener. When The opener started, the lock jammed against the rails causing the rails to bend and loosing several rollers.Two panels of the door fell The door would not go up or down. When I called Jeff's Garage Door Service, he responded within the hour. From the time he arrived the door was repaired within an hour. Jeff was responsive and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

My husband took care of it. He was very, very good; amazing actually. I highly recommend them because he is very professional. He only works with one other guy and he is very reasonable. He does high quality work. I would use this company again in the future.
