+ -1 moreI contacted Jay. We set an appointment a week out and agreed to be in touch if something changed with our schedules. The day before he was to arrive (late afternoon) I tried calling and texting to confirm our appointment. Jay texted back that he could not talk.. I texted again that evening asking for confirmation of our appointment the following morning at 10:00 am. I got no response that evening. The following morning I texted prior to our appointment time. No response. At 10:20 am, after the time we had previously agreed upon, Jay called to say he couldn’t make it and would need to reschedule for the following week. My time was wasted and the lack of communication was unprofessional. .
