They came out a couple of hours after I called them. Their price was very reasonable. They were professional and did a good job. I decided to go with an annual contract based on how happy I was with their work.

.I went very well. My and quot;handymanand quot; contractor said that I had termite damage which needed treatment. I selected James Pest Management from Angie's List and made an appointment for an inspection an estimate. this appointment was promptly kept and the inspector did a thorough job. He then gave us his recommendations and we set a time to have the treatment done. The crew kept the appointment and were extremely efficient and thoughtful and worked quickly and thoroughly. I was most impressed by how careful they were to keep everything as clean as possible. Booties covered their shoes when they were in the house. After the drilled holes were filled in, the and quot;sawdustand quot; was swept up (even on the concrete patio!) by hand and removed.

We initiated contact with James through a web form. The initial meeting with the salesman was professional and on time. We signed both a termite contract and a pest control contract at that meeting. On the service date, the technicians were friendly, on time and professional. Two story home, approx 3,800 square feet, Holes were drilled in brick exterior and garage flooring, treated and sealed back in about 4 hours total time. I'm dinging James because the sales rep failed to submit our credit card payment after the job was completed and there was not a follow up call to see if all was as expected. When he visited us for the estimate and we signed the contracts, he had to go to his car for a form to write down our credit card information. A week after the work was completed, the credit card still had not processed. We called the office, pointed out the lapse, gave the credit card information again and payment was finally processed that night.

Overall, the entire treatment process was quick and 'painless'.

Rob and Jeremy were right on time, they clearly enjoyed their jobs and were very pleasant to work with. They did a thorough cleaning, inspection and dusting of house. They spent over two hours at my home and I am very satisfied with their work, demeanor and advice to prevent future pests.

They came at the earliest, after my call and inspected the same. They didn't find anything, but never charged me any money. They gave some recommendations and spent almost 45 minutes inspecting. They were honest and did a thorough inspection. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

After obtaining quotes from three companies, we selected James Pest Management to treat our home. James is licensed in four states (AR, MS, TN, AL) and was the most thorough and professional in the initial inspection, taking a lot of time inspecting the interior and exterior of our home. The other companies only examined the exterior. James' rep was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The price quote was in-line with the other companies when compared item for item. Our 3600 square foot home has two stories and the exterior linear footage that needed to be treated was estimated to be 328 ft. James uses Termidor for the chemical treatment. The initial treatment cost $1225 (for 328 linear feet) and will cover up to $250,000 if repairs ever need to be done. With this option there is no deductible. Annual renewal is $175 per year. (The alternative termite treatment plan of Protection Plus Perimeter provides perimeter treatment only, which we were told would cost $972 for initial treatment with a $250 deductible, $250,000 repair coverage, and $175 annual renewal.) We also signed up for James' traditional pest control service for $85/quarter minus a 10% discount for also doing termite service. The pest control techs are also trained to look for signs of termite infestation while they are out doing their quarterly services. Signing up for both services gave us a 10% discount, and I was able to get an additional $100 discount on the termite treatment by simply asking for it. James was able to come out immediately to treat the house. The techs arrived on time (in fact, 5 minutes early) and did a great job. It took about 2 1/2 hours to treat the exterior of the house and interior plumbing areas with Termidor. I highly recommend James Pest Management to any homeowner who is serious about preventing termites or any other bug from ever entering their home. These guys take their jobs and customers seriously.

I called and spoke to a sales person who handled the pricing over the phone. Their dispatch called me and set up an appointment for 8am on Monday morning. The tech arrived promptly at 8am. He set monitor stations around the house and treated the entire house, inside and out. Ever since the treatment, I haven't had a single problem with pests. James Pest was very professional, efficient, and prompt.

overall the experience was excellent. the salesman was prompt, scheduling was the next day, and service was performed right on time. all staff gave me the impression that customer service was a top priority with all staff, as well as the owner. i will not hesitate to recommend them for service, as well as use them again in the future.

Words cannot express how happy we are with James. They were RIGHT on time both times they've come, and have been very polite. They were also very good and understanding about our pets (we have a lot!). When I thought I might have bed bugs, they did an in-depth check for them and found nothing. And after they sprayed, whatever insect it was that was biting me at night has not been seen since. Unlike another pest control company I used previously, we SEE NO BUGS after they visit. They leave the sticky traps all around the house, and there are no bugs in there either. They also take in stray animals and train them to be "termite dogs", which I think is great. Highly recommend them to everybody!!!

Termite Preventative and Control Contract. Approximate Cost: $600. Yearly Renewal: $165. Home Build Year: 2004. Had several bids on this termite contract and James came in anywhere from 50% to 70% lower then the larger Termite companies. They were even lower then two smaller firms while still providing good value and complete coverage! From the original quoting, through the scheduling and finally at the completion of this project, I can not say enough good things about this company and I do not grade on a curve. With so much (Your Home) depending upon the proper treatment being implemented and long term company support (If termites get in your home) with this type of service (the industry has a very spotty record), I feel that James Pest Management deserves a second look when home owners are considering using a termite control company.

The company work is good. They did their work very well. My family didn't face any problems after they did their job. That was really important for me. We've been pest free after they came, so they certainly have done an excellent job.

They pest controlled my entire house. I would like to hire them in the future as they work well. They take good precautions, are very clean in their work and well organized. Good job done.

They did pest control in my house; both in the interior and exterior areas. They also pest controlled the surrounding areas of the house. They were fast in their work and we spent less time than usual on the pest control.

I was very happy with the results. They always call ahead and show up on time. If they ran late I would get a call from them. As far as I knew their product was safe when it dried.

I needed a clearance letter for my home insurance purposes. They came out and inspected the home with no problems. I enjoyed the politeness I received from them and the sympathy they provided for my situation. Honestly, I am considering hiring them for my monthly services.
