They're pretty good. You can always call them if you see a kind of strange bug in your house. They'll come out the next day and spray again. They let you know what type of insect or bugs they are and why they're coming out. They're really good at treating any kind of extra stuff that you noticed after they came out. The price is great. I have been using them for the last three years.

James Pest Control was orginally referred to me . I was a little reluctant to use them in the beginning because of the price. It was well worth it. I have not been disappointed. They send me a reminder every year, which is good because I tend to forget when to call and schedule my yearly service. Orginally they were called because flying ants were detected in the kitchen area behind my refrigerator. After the inspection a gentleman went over everything with me. I decided to go with the home warranty . I have not been disappointed as of today's date.

James Pest Management came out to inspect our home. We have used them in the past for general pest control but no loner had a termite contract in place with another provider. They provided an estimate to perform the termite protection. The estimate was a little higher than I expected but they explained that codes had changed since my house was built so additional work was needed to bring everything to code. This would insure my home was getting the best protection available which is what I wanted. I agreed to the deal and they set up an appointment to perform the work about 2 weeks later. On that day, 2 service men arrived and spent most of the day drilling holes, injecting chemicals and then plugging the holes. They also dug some small trenches around the house in places to apply chemicals as well. Very happy with the service James Pest Management provided.

I liked what the sales person had to say regarding service and the company but ended up using a national recognized company who had much better pricing.

We have been using them for about 5 years. The staff are nice and professional and the price is fair. We don't have to call them to schedule the next appointment, they will call when it is time to do the inspection.

They showed up for the first treatment but haven't shown up for the second or third treatment. I would not recommend this company. They are not very reliable. The guy that came out was really nice and did a good job when he was here, but the service just isn't something you can rely on.

The agreement was made approximately a year ago.. Approx. 45 days after the last treatment (May 2012) the tentants called to say that there were ants in the kitchen. Since James Pest Control had treatment the home so recently, I called the office and was referred to their salesman who was quite rude. He quickly informed me that we only had a semi-annual agreement, and therefore they would not be returning for a free follow-up spraying of the kitchen. He stated that the spray is only guaranteed for about 30 days and unless they were paid to treat the home more frequently than semi-annually, they do not provide follow up treatment. Angie's listing states that the service is and quot;Guranteed/Warrantedand quot;, but apparantly that is a printing error, since there are limitations.

Phone call promptly answered and returned by expert. My very difficult schedule was accommodated, on the same afternoon. The service representative was very knowledgeable and thorough. My service fees are less than my former property, for much superior work. I am thrilled with this company....and, had never heard of them until Angie's List -

Overall services were GREAT! everyone who came to my home (James, Philip, and Grant) were very professional, and informative. The cost for these services were fair, and I look forward to my quarterly services. I have started referring them already to my family, and friends.

I give James Pest Control an A for everything. They're a little pricey but I like them.

They send me little notes to let me know what's going on on the invoices. I chose them because of their price. I have had no problems with them at all. I am pleased with them.

They are prompt and call with reminders. The servicemen are professional.

They are good. They will even work with you on a payment plan if you can't afford to pay it all at once. That is one reason I continue to use them. I have recommended them to my mother and they now do her home too. My mother was not happy with them but it was because she didn't want them coming to her house to much.

I haven't seen any termites or any other bugs. I like the service. I have used them for about seven years and have not had any problems. They call you to set an appointment. They will service your home, whether you are there or not.

I like the quality of the people they send out, and the follow up they offer. I give him A's on everything.

We've been using them for about 6 years. They are great. They take a flashlight and they flash the light up every wall. He took his time. He goes through every wall and he moves the curtains. He is very thorough. I would definitely recommend them. I found a spider on the wall one day and freaked out. I called them and they were out within an hour. They are very good. After that we started having them come out and spray every three months. When they come for the termite inspection, they always check to see if we have any other problems. It is a third generation family operated and owned business so they have been in business for a long time. They are very friendly. They have been in business since 1941. We have been very happy with them. They have K-9 dog detectors to stiff out if you have bedbugs. My husband hasn't complained about the price and he is very frugal. The quality of the work is great. They call a day before they are coming and they are always here exactly when they say. We are very happy with them and we will definitely continue to use them.

I found them on Angie's List. They seem to be confident and friendly which is not common in the service industry in Memphis. They did a good job, and they seem nice whenever they come.

Their customer service is good. I rate them high overall. I have been using them for 10 years, and I am not going to stop.

I had just bought a house almost two years ago and the previous owners used them and I had a letter in the mail saying that there was a termite contract already on the house. So I had them come out and redo the contract and all that. Price wise I don't even know what pest control normally costs. It is not something that I normally would do before I bought the new house. I would use them in the future.

Excellent on-time service at a reasonable price. Everyone including James, Bill and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. We received an initial no obligation estimate from James; for our 3450 sq ft home. After we confirmed the service we received courtesy calls from them t to remind /notify us about the service and the technicians were onsite a few minutes before time. It took Daniel about 45 minutes for pest control service inside/outside of the house and for Bill, it took about 3 hours to finish with initial termite treatment. Both jobs were done to our satisfaction and they answered all of our questions in a friendly manner. Overall a great experience!

I think their price is around $175 a year. They are always on time and they always do exactly what they are supposed to do.
