My wife and I both have separate logins on our computer. When I got home in the evening after the computer had been returned, I found out that when I logged in everything was fine. When my wife logged in she still had problems. I called the company and made another appointment for the next day. He called the next day and said he wouldn't be able to come over for one more day. He returned on the second day and took care of the problem quickly. He was professional and very good at his job. He also made a point of telling me each time he came to my house that if I had any problems to call and he would come and take care of them. I was very happy with the work he did. After the first trip to my house, he wasn't as punctual as I would have preferred and I spent a couple of hours waitng for him.
Description of Work: My computer had picked up a virus. I called this company and made an appointment for the tech to come to my house. He looked at the computer and thought it best to take to the shop over night. He brought it back the next day. He had removed the virus and my computer was clean and running much better.

You can call Dell if you buy a computer from them and you have problems. The problem is that they talk to you over the phone and try to tell you how to fix things yourself. I'm retired now and I don't want to mess with computers. That's why we have people come to our house to do the work. We were pleased with this particular company, I guess. My wife really uses the computer more than I do but I thought the prices were reasonable. You figure for fifty bucks, they diagnosed the problem, told us to get a new printer shipped out, and then came and set it up for us and made sure it would work properly.
Description of Work: One of our Dell Computer printers was all hooked up and it was eating the paper and never printing anything out. We gave this company a call and they sent someone out to assess the situation. As it turned out, there was something wrong with the unit itself so we wound up getting an entirely new unit from Dell. We then had these guys come back and hook it up for us and make sure it was going to actually work for us this time.
