+ 2 moreMr. Guzman came and looked over the job. I had everything written down I wanted done and showed him the cabinets and tile I had purchased to be installed. We discussed price. He and his crew started on-time and the work went very smoothly. 3 days later I had a new apartment (as promised). His crew is incredibly neat and clean. You could not even tell work had been done in the apartment when they left. Mr. Guzman is a top-shelf pro. I am so pleased with his work I was moved to share Humberto Construction & Remodeling with Angie's List.
Description of Work: 1. Paint entire 480 sq.ft. apartment 2. Tear out Kitchen cabinets. 3. Install new kitchen cabinets (provided) top & base. 3. Tile kitchen backsplash wall from bottom of top cabinets to sink and above stove to fridge. 4. Tear out wall in kitchen to expand for remodel. 5. Repair hole in ceiling from hot water heater vent 6. Repair holes in wall from hot water heater gas and water pipes 7. Build new wall separation from kitchen to living room 8. Tile floor where hot water heater stood (tile provided) 9. Re-do bath walls and texture bath ceiling 10. Install tile around face bowl and tub in bath 11. Soundproof common wall in bedroom 12. Repair hole in ceiling around ceiling fan 13. Rebuild hall closet to make larger 14. Build shelves in hall closet 15. Build double doors for linen closet.
