HSA Home Warranty

Horrible. They sent a plumber out to the house even though there is no plumbing anywhere near that wall. The plumber could not fix the issue and said that a mason was needed to fix the issue. Also stated that HSA won't cover it to be fixed anyway. Then HSA turns around and charges me anyways! For something that was NOT fixed and NOT covered. I've complained to their Customer Service department, but they won't do anything about it. I've also tried to cancel my warranty which I JUST RENEWED 2 DAYS PRIOR. The plumber came out to the house on the OLD CONTRACT. Still, they would not allow me to cancel my new contract and NO REFUND!

Customer service is non-existent. I have a plumbing issue that I don't believe is covered. I would like to talk to a service representative to confirm whether it is or not. So I called their 1-800 number. After 51 minutes on hold I realize it will cost me a $75.00 service call just to find out its not covered. They force you to open a service ticket on-line or through their automated phone system. This requires a service fee for some to come out. It is not possible to talk to service representative. Don't wast your money and if it comes with your home purchase like mine did, know its worthless.
