+ -1 moreGood owner. He's easy to talk to and he clearly gets his message across to his workers.
Description of Work: I have tried with four different lawn companies to get service of our lawns and shrubbery. It's a big yard, and by now needed lots of work. Houston Lawn Service came in and cut the grass, trimmed the bushes, and cleaned up right and proper. What they did was exactly what I was looking for.

+ -1 moreWe have used the service for years now. I think they do a good job. My spouse thinks its an average job. My brother and our neighbors use the service as well. The lawn is mowed each week, yard waste is removed and weeds are taken up. I feel its satisfactory.
Description of Work: We have a good sized yard, maybe a quarter acre that they mowed every week.

+ -1 moreI love the work they do with my yard it always looks flawless. He takes such care in doing everything right the first time and makes sure everything is right before he leaves. He definitely does a better job on my yard then I would.
Description of Work: He comes out once a week to mow, trim, and blow the yard.

+ -1 moreI have been using this company for a while to do this for me. They always do what needs to be done, and they always clean up after themselves. They tend to keep everything maintained properly. The pricing is ok, considering I own a big huge condo apartment complex. They do allow me to pay them monthly, which I think is great. I do not think that I would ever hire anyone else for this service.
Description of Work: Houston Lawn mows, weeds and sometime trims the shrubbery all around the entire condo complex that I own on a weekly basis.
