That was a partial list of the excuses he made the week he was supposed to do a minor two-day job in our house. This guy took our money, and the only thing he did accomplish was to break a pipe in our basement. Then, when we told him we wanted our money back, it's been ducking and dodging ever since. "The check is in the mail..."

The man that we worked with was very responsive, very friendly and outgoing. What I disliked was the fact that it took a month and a half to do a 4-5 day job. I didn’t feel like he always addressed my concerns. It was a remodel of a retail location and the paint work was very sub par. I constantly had to go back and point out areas where patches in the wall were showing, or the new color was not covering up the old color. There were patches even to the last day, when he came for the final touch-up work on the location. Their price was better than average.
