Overall, the install went well. The counter top shipment was delayed by a week. The responsiveness of Home Depot to inquiries could have been better.

I disliked that they couldn't put in the original flooring, which we had to take back, and it was difficult to get the new flooring.

They did a good job. The guy kept his schedule. They clean up afterwards. They worked when they said they’d be.

I got quotes from several people for my storm windows and Home Depot was very professional. It was a little higher priced but the quality of the work and what they guaranteed and the way they presented it was excellent. They did an excellent job when they came and did the work. They were punctual, thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. My windows are wonderful. They get the highest marks on service, presentation and communication. I would hire them to come and do work again. Several years ago, they had put in my front door, which was a major overhaul, and they did an excellent job on that. It was economical and beautiful, and it was very timely, and they did an excellent job. Home Depot is who I would hire if I were going to do that again. The pricing is fair.

Home Depot's has terrible service in every department. They are unfriendly and not knowledgeable. I don't care to shop there and would prefer other options but they have good products.

They cleaned my air ducts - all the components, coils, drain pans etc. They also got rid of the vermin infestation in the air ducts. They were careful during the cleaning process to protect and clean up my home, before and after cleaning the ducts.

It was a satisfactory job but they took too long getting the job done. My husband had to stay on them so they would work and the workers were not very fast. The cabinets are a good quality workmanship but the installers were not very ambitious. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

This company never returned any of my phone calls and I could never get in contact with them. When I did, they were rude and not professional. They did not complete the work and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had to call another company to actually go back and fix the mistakes that this company had made.

I will never use this company again. I have worked with plenty of companies, and these people were by far the worst. They were supposed to come back to my home and fix the bad job. They never did. They do not respond to my calls. They say that they have a guarantee, but to me it is a guarantee at their own convenience. This company is terrible.

We bought a new steel door which was very energy efficient and it will last a long time. They did a super job with the installation, it did not take them a long time to install it. The price for the new door was very affordable and we are pleased with the quality of it.
