Holland Drain & Water Leak

Perfect. After the leak was located Bret fixed it right away. He then referred me to other service providers such as mitigation and repair. He is the best!

I was disappointed with Brett's work. I told him what I needed to do, which was to have water stop coming from a waterline that had been attached to a refrigerator, and I needed to cold water back on because it had been turned off when the refrigerator was removed. I was moving and had sold the refrigerator. Brett saw we were moving because he was interested in buying a mattress I had for sale. During the communication, Brett asked me if I needed the waterline anymore, and I said I didn't because I was moving, but of course, someone coming in might need the waterline for their refrigerator. Brett cut that waterline and sealed it up. He was done in about 10 or 15 minutes. When I saw what he had done, I was shocked and confused about why he cut the line. I asked him if it could be fixed, and he stated no because he knew he had done a "quick fix' to be in and out. I had to call another plumber and spend more money the next day to fix Brett's mistake. According to the other plumber, Brett did a "quick fix', instead of fixing it correctly. I would not recommend Brett because he is only interested in a "quick fix" to get your money and move on to the next person to do wrong. Why is it so difficult to do the right thing?

Brett arrived in reasonable time and was able to install my new tank water heater in about 2 1/2 hours. He had to modify the vent pipe to make it fit, but was successful. Brett is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional - and is definitely worth your consideration in hiring for whatever your plumbing needs might be.

Mr. Holland was referred by another plumber. He made an estimate and quoted a fair price. Although the project required more labor for an outstanding job, he maintained his initial price. He is smart, uses commonsense and personable. He uses the latest and greatest equipment and products. I referred him to a friend who was having plumbing problems with the construction of a million dollar house. Mr. Holland’s experience and diagnosis ultimately saved my friend thousands of dollars. I would definitely recommend Mr. Holland for small or large complex jobs.

Brett did an excellent job explaining the process and regularly providing status updates. He completed the process quickly and made sure things were thoroughly cleaned up. He even followed up 2 days later to make sure things were still operating smoothly. Brett is now my go-to contact for all things plumbing.

Britt Holland was professional, courteous and proved the person for the job. We had numerous problems with our plumbing from the previous plumber. Britt repaired all the issues and found other issues that would have caused problems. His work was great and no further issues. He’s the guy I will call immediately for any plumbing problem.
