It worked out great.

This was at a rental house. The man renting works with commercial cooling. He said the old unit was going out. Finally, the compressor failed. I had found a review on a Tempstar Smart Comfort TX 5300 saying it was a great choice with few problems. So we told Jeff Barr that we wanted that outside unit. He found the rest of the system. He installed it the next day. And we got a call from the man who lives there. He said he was home that day and Jeff did a great job and he was very satisfied. Jeff also replaced the 50 amp circuit breaker with a 30 amp because the unit pulls less electricity.Actually, the day we called him to come look at the unit because it stopped working, he had planned to go fishing with his dad, Harrison. But he put that on hold to help us.We have used Harrison Barr and Associates Heating (and Air) for at least 15 years for four houses. The same day this unit failed, another renter called to say her unit was only blowing hot air. He went over there that day and fixed her problem. Thankfully, it was just a start capacitor. But she was thrilled to have her air working again so quickly.
