Everything about my experience with them was easy and professional and my favorite part was that they didn't gouge my on the price for their service. I will definately call them when a plumbing issue arises in the future.

They came within a couple of hours. Told me what they were going to do. I was impressed that they had a 150-foot cable. They cleared some roots and got something out of our drain. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I found them to be considerate and nice. Even their receptionist was helpful and polite.

checked for leaking toilet, then went under house and found a hidden water valve leaking. Replace pipe and valve with new pipe and no valve. Under estimate and bath is drying! Used Angie's List coupon.

H&S was available the same day I called. Rob always called as they were on their way over to the house, and were always on time. They were flexible to meet my schedule. They were courteous, and straight-forward with what work needed to be done. Rob answered all of my questions without trying to "upsell" me in any way. The estimate given was within $50 of the actual cost. They did switch the hot/cold handles on the first install, but when I called to ask them to come back out to fix it, Rob came back out and switched them back the same day at no additional cost. Both the shower head and handles are working great. I will hire again for future plumbing needs.

My old faucet developed a leak in the flexible line where it can be pulled out to use as a sprayer. I purchased a Delta from Home Depot. I needed someone to install it asap as the old one was unusable. Robert Herring arrived approximately 40 minutes after I called. He completed the instillation quickly and left the area clean as it was when he arrived. He has 38 years experience and is both reliable and highly skilled.
