GUARDIAN SECURITY DOORS INC

Contract for security door made 11/8/07. Deposit paid. Delivery promised 3-4 weeks; 6 weeks later, owner finally returned a call. Said glass for door had to be special ordered, a fact known when order placed. Next week or so, receptionist said problem with an employee was reason for delay and they would deduct $30 cost for the glass. On Jan. 3, the receptionist told us the door would be delivered "next week" and they would deduct $30 (approx. 7%) from total cost as an apology. Around Mon. Jan. 28th, the door was promised by the weekend or it would be free. On Mon. Feb. 4, I called because we still had no door. "Free" was rescinded. Said someone had called on Sat. to set up delivery THAT DAY, despite the fact they didn't reach us and no message was left. We still set up Friday for install. We did not get call Fri. to set time. We called, asked for owner. He didn't call back, receptionist did. Said contract terminated, deposit refunded. NO REASON! Much more. And Visa didn't show refund.
