It went well. They successfully took down the tree without damaging the house or the garage. They were very pleasant to deal with and did everything they promised.

They arrived on time and began immediately. Worked straight through until done. They were careful in working around azaleas on one side of the tree and protecting sidewalk & driveway. Shredded all limbs, removed trunk pieces and completely cleaned up drive sidewalk, and street.

They were quite professional and gave a reasonable quote in writing after coming out and taking a look at the property and the work to be done.

It went wonderfully. Thomas's crew was fantastic. I bid out my project to three similar companies, but knew from the beginning I would choose GroundMasters. They were fantastic and communicated everything the entire way through. And when Thomas came back to clean up, he saw that some of our grass was in shock from us missing some areas when we watered, so he pulled my hose out and turned the sprinkler on where it needed to be. Always willing to go the extra mile for us!

Outrageous! GroundMasters. LLC. installed a complete underground sprinkler system. The technicians were courteous, polite, on time, etc. The owners explained what they would install, periodically service, and guarantee for proper consistent functionality. I highly recommend this company and look forward to many years of satisfied service.

The owner, Jack and I went over the entire irigation systems each zone and I pointed out several things that needed adjustments on. His worker SoSo and helper did the work right then and I was really satisfied. They installed our 10 zone system several years ago and I was happy with their professional manner everyone handled the installation. I have had no problems with the system. They come in the Spring to set the system and make sure everything is running properly and again in October to drain the system for the winter months. We have also had them lay our entire yard with sod, front, back and sides several years ago and the job was excellent. We have also got them to do some tree trimming and again we were very satisfied with the job. I got several bids on all the above work and decided to go with them after checking them out with the BBB and customers they had previously done work for. I would have recommended GroundMasters to some friends and would to anyone who wanted an honest, professional company to do any of the above work.

Used this company for over 5 years. Would still be using them if not for selling and moving elsewhere. Jack and Thomas Malone were very responsive as well as their foremen that they might send for irrigation, tree work or hardscape or construction. I referred the Malone's to several others and they have continued to use them as well. They are honest approachable and will admit if they have made a mistake and will make it right.

The work crew arrived between 8 - 9 am in the morning & got started. The crew was done between 2 - 3 pm. A bed measuring about 16' x 3' was installed on the right front side of the house, & another slightly longer & wider was installed on the left front side. A kind of back-hoe or tractor was used to help pull the overgrown bushes out, & the crew laid plywood sheets down to protect the lawn. When they were done, they completely cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of the bushes. The front of my house looks much better than it did before & given a couple of months for the crape myrtle & hydrangea to fill out, it will be exactly what I wanted.

Contacted the provider the second week of April and asked that they come by and ive me an estimate on two ruts that had been put in my yard by a drunk driver. The work would have entailed filling, leveling and sodding the front yard. i estimate the work would have cost between $500-$800. After not revieving a call back from the provider on the third week of April, I called back. The female that answered the phone told me that she would get with her field supervisor and tell them how important this was to me. I never received a call back from them at all. I went with another company that was very responsive. I guess my job was not large enough for them.

Groundmasters Landscaping put in a big irrigation system in my home. He took about ten days to do it and did a really nice job. I gave him a good recommendation on his website. He's a real professional person. They're excellent. He comes out very quickly after you call him. I also called him to install a french drain system in our yard and he'll be doing that.

After having underground sprinklers installed by Groundmasters, we requested an estimate and had a 4 ft. descending brick entrance wall installed at the end of our driveway. In addition to the wall, we requested flowerbeds on each side with a wavy pattern for the wall. The results was so beautiful that all my neighbors were admiring it and one even called and had a similar wall (with the flowerbeds) installed on her driveway. In addition, she too is also getting Groundmaster to install underground sprinklers for her home as well. Groundmasters, Jack Malone, his son Thomas and all their crew have been a true pleasure to work with. They all take pride in their work and work hard to make sure their customers are pleased with their service. We would recommend Groundmasters, LLC for any and all landscaping needs! They truly do 'value' their customers!

I've actually used them for years and found them to be very responsive [within reason] for virtually anything we have needed done in our yard, shrubbery, irrigation, etc. We now have them on a monthly maintenance and they are punctual, clean and quick.

Jack Malone, the co-owner, was very prompt in responding to our phone inquiry for an estimate. Within a few days, he prepared an estimate/contract and met with us to discuss what we could expect and estimated time for installation. My husband and I are very particular about our lawn and flowers so we wanted to ensure they would not destroy our grass too badly and that all our flower beds and trees would be covered by the sprinklers. Once we'd signed the contract, the weather conditions were not conducive (repeated rainy days) for the installation to begin. Jack was very good in keeping us informed of when the work would begin. We were told it would take 2-1/2 to 3 days from start to completion, but it was delayed due to weather conditions and the fact that our home has well water. There were some modifications that had to be performed, due to our well. Overall, we are very happy with the system (although we haven't had to use it yet), our only wish is that the process had not required as much trenching and dirt/grass removal of our sod. However, given the size of our lot, we understand it is not easy to refill all the areas as to eliminate uneven trenches through the entire yard. Jack did agree to return with additional dirt/sand as needed if the trenches create a continuous concern for us. We were so pleased with their work, that we are considering contracting with GroundMasters for additional projects.

Planning for the installation was done on the day of installation, i.e., no blueprints meaning we don't know wher the pipes are buried. After the work started we became aware that the company owners, Jack Malone and his son were carrying firearms on our property without telling us. During the installation he told me he once shot a man. The job team leader, Neil, disclosed he was an ex-convict from Parchman Prison Farm in Mississippi where he was convicted of assault. Part of the installation included 12 irrigation heads facing both inside and out of 100 feet of proposed fence with the corners already installed. No string line was used to establish the fence(property) line resulting in most of these heads place incorrectly. From the beginning of this project until this week irrigation heads along this fence line have been moved 5 times to correct placement. No effort was made to repair damage to the yard in the way of ditches and damaged sod. Placement and adjustment of the heads left areas without water, some spraying beyond the required areas, Because the system was installed late in the season it was not used until this spring. When I turned the system on in the Spring an underground line broke creating a fountain in the yard. Neil arrive the next day and repaired the line which was very shallow. While he was here he once again had to move heads along the fence line and install a new one but did not clear the broken line of debri. After he left a head failed to operate due to mud in the lines. He showed me how to clear the mud from the heads. Days later water stopped flowing altogether to it and two others clogged. When I called for service I was referred to the owner who did not return my call. I contacted him by continuing to call him. When Jack Malone arrived with Neil to survey the problems he was unwilling to hear a detailed report from me. Due to his unwillingness to perform the repairs the situation escalated to an argument where Neil physically threatened me and Jack Malone stated that someone was going to kill me someday. I demanded they leave my property with the work incomplete.

We were very happy with their work. We have an invisible fence and the lines run under one of the trees and that opened the connection, so we did have a service call for that, but I did not tell them about that. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.
