Description of Work: We had an appointment for servicing our AC. The man showed up quite late and was rude. I called his supervisor at their office and he was even more rude! I had recommended this company to a friend and they totally botched up the work and then demanded she pay extra. That was embarrassing. This part of Greenway used to be reliable and courteous but with the supervisor they have now it is worthless and has NO respect for customers. In fact, this is the worst customer service I have experienced with ANY company!

+ -1 moreThis company was great! They did not waste time coming to our home they were very prompt and friendly people all around. I was pleased with the quality of work and the way that the workers made sure that I understood exactly what was wrong so that I would feel comfortable with their work.
Description of Work: We use a home insurance type of program called American Home Shield. This company sub contracted Greenway for us and they fixed our microwave for us. The microwave had a circuit that was blown and needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreWe hired this company to do all of the air conditioning work for us. We also have a home warranty company that causes us to only have to pay a deductible price. The company did a good job. They did what they had to do and did not waste any time. They were on time and were very friendly while arriving at our home, and also when they were actually doing the work. I was very pleased with the service that this company provided me.
Description of Work: There were leakage problems in our air conditioning unit that needed to be fixed. We also needed the Freon recharged in the unit.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the prompt service. The repairman was very good and knew his job. It didn't take long to get the unit fixed. I didn't think the cost was too bad either. I was just happy to know I didn't have to get a new unit.
Description of Work: My air conditioning unit that cools the first level of my two story home needed serviced. The mechanic added Freon and a new control switch. The price included parts and labor.

+ -1 moreGreenway only comes as needed, not on a annual basis. It took only took an hour to fix our air conditioning. They seemed quite competent since they knew exactly what was wrong and it apparently was a simple fix.

I really appreciated the service that I received and I thought their prices were fair even though mine was covered under warranty. They were honest with me and told me how much it would have cost me for the service. They did a wonderful job and they actually did their job pretty fast.

+ -1 moreI have never had a problem with the air and I think that has a lot to do with the maintenance keep up. I have them come twice a year rather than just once to make sure things are going to go good when I need them to. The guy that comes out always does a great job.

+ -1 moreI have had a terrible experience because the came out and told me it was my air ducts that needed cleaned out when that was not the problem at all. They cleaned the air ducts and I had to call them back to fix the real problem. They were a waste of time and it ended up costing me more money.
Description of Work: I had them fix my air conditioning unit because I was having electrical problems. It ended up being the circuit board that needed to be replaced.

I was so glad to have my dishwasher fixed because I would not know what I would do without it. I am so glad the dishwasher got fixed and I didn't need to buy a new one. It was worth the cost to have it operating again.
Description of Work: My dishwasher was leaking and needed to be repaired. The service man installed a new seal on my compact dishwasher.
