+ -1 moreThey came out each time we called very quickly. They would get the furnace running again but it would very soon after stop. They determined it was an electrical problem.
Description of Work: We were having problems with the furnace cutting off and not running after the initial start-up. They came out several times to fix the problem.

Description of Work: Glyn Herndon cleaned the air conditoner coils and detected a leak around the condneser coils. They then repaired that problem.

+ -1 moreThe tech from Glyn Herndon came out the next day after our call. He thoroughly checked the system, both indoors and out. In addition to the recently cleaned compressor still being dirty, the tech found a leak at the top of the blower where it joins the plenum. We were losing a good bit of cool air as a result. The tech offered to repair this but also showed my husband how he could do it himself using HVAC tape. He re-cleaned the compressor as well. We have been much more comfortable since this work was performed.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning system was not keeping up in the extreme heat. We had recently had another HVAC company out to check the system, which is five years old. That tech cleaned the compressor coils but did not investigate further and did not correct the problem. Our calls to that company for a re-check received no response. In all fairness, it was during a period of extremely hot temperatures and no doubt a period of heavy volume.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased. Anyone else would of charged us for a whole new furnace and said they could not do anything else. Not Glyn, he way great and very helpful. He is so busy around here and so well known. He really goes that extra step to please you.
Description of Work: Glyn Repaired my fourteen year old furnace. There was a small piece lodged in there and we could not get it to ignite. He actually took it apart, pulled out the burner and blew it out by his mouth.
