Glen did an excellent job of rescuing our family cat. Thank You, Glen for the rescue and wonderful customer service.

They are in the middle of the work right now. A neighbor referred them to me. His workers are very respectful and professional but the owner is horrible. They are very disrespectful to property and to the property owner and they continually block the driveway even though I requested for them not to block the driveway. There was no reason to block the driveway. Its been a nightmare to say the least. His price is probably more than competitive but they started on Sunday and told me they'd be through by Tuesday. Its now Thursday and we haven't even had a crew here. He doesn't even have all the equipment. He subleases it from someone and its now being used so the major part of the tree is just sitting there on the ground. I would just say that the people he uses as his crew are great. He is the problem. His price is very competitive; most of the bids were much higher. I live in a part of town that has 100 year old trees so they are huge.
