First available appointment was one week out for a refrigerator leaking water. On the day of appointment no one showed. When I called they said it was because I did not respond to call or text, which I did not know I had to do, but in any case I did not have any missed calls or texts. The next appointment was 8 days away. When I complained that was too long and it was not my fault, the dispatcher (Kimberly, I think) muttered something and literally just hung up on me. Will never use again.
