I dropped off the chairs (Saving Approx $70 in p/u and delivery fees) and stated that I needed them back within a month (when guests would be arriving for the holidays). Estimate to repair and re-glue was $70 per chair (plus tax). This was cheaper than 3 other furniture repair places - sent photos of the chairs to all before they gave me the estimates. I called back 3 weeks later and was told that they were ready for pick up. Chairs repaired, no issues, have used constantly for 3 months and no creaking or indication that repairs are not permanent.

Emailed provider for information on services. I received an email response, but no reponse from my second email.

The repair worked well. While they can come to your house for your furniture is was easier for me to drop it off, which I did. They told me what they would need to do to fix the chair and gave me a service agreement with the estimate on it. They said I should call in two weeks if I haven't heard from them. I wasn't in a rush so that was fine. Two weeks or so later, I called back and it wasn't done. They said it would be done by the following Tuesday. I still didn't hear back from them. After a short vacation I called them back, 4 weeks after the drop off. They had to do some quick finish work but were ready for me to pick up the chair. The repair is solid and it looks good, much better than the makeshift repair that had been done on the chair before I received it. The repair took longer than I expected but they did good work and I did not need it right away.
