Sorry that you feel this way regarding our service . But we have to mention several things: punctuality : you live in a different state and we can not give you a hour time frame for delivery - most companies tell you on what day they will be delivering not a 2-3 hour time-frame. QUALITY: We washed your rug two times in order to remove all the urine - which we did - as the invoice states stains may not come out ( pet stains, pet urine, pulls, dirty fringe, traffic area -condition the rug came in) Professionalism: we strive to provide the best customer service 24/7 but in some cases no matter how hard you work it will not be enough to make some customers happy. We will be happy to make things right if you need our services again.

Description of Work: My rug is imported from India and is 100% silk. There are very few providers who will handle silk rugs and I wanted to make sure it was done well. The first time it was delivers back to me it was very hard, and didn't feel like the same rug which had left very soft. The owner offered to take it back and re wash it and make sure it was brushed in all directions when rinsed. When it was delivered the second time it was perfect. I just expected there to be some sort of discount for the inconvenience, but none was offered. The price did include $200 for a new pad, but it was still very expensive.

Description of Work: They did a good job cleaning the rug. Unfortunately, they were 30 minutes late coming to get it even though they had a two-hour window to pick it up. Not great since I had to be out of the office to meet them. To their credit, they did not charge me the pickup/delivery fee, and they delivered the cleaned rug promptly. Although they didn't get perfect marks for this visit, I would use them again.

Description of Work: I think Fred Remmers does a fantastic job at cleaning rugs. They cleaned TWO runner-type rugs and both had been soiled by dogs. In addition, they offer a cut-to-size rug padding that is waterproof and slip proof! I love their services and the rug padding.
