FOSTER CUSTOM CABINETS

While I believe that Randy Foster is capable of doing excellent work, he did not do so for me. When Randy suffered the unexpected loss of a family member, I knew he would need some time to recover but did feel it was a little unreasonable for him to delay my job for 3 weeks, most of which time he could not be reached and would not return calls or texts. He asked for the balance due on the work as soon as a hasty installation of my cabinets and counter top was complete. When I hesitated and said that I wanted to be sure that all was okay, he insisted that he would “take care of me” and make everything right. Because I trusted him and the opinion of those who recommended him, I wrote him a check. Shortly after I discovered flaws in the counter top where there had not been enough buffing or finishing of the stone. Randy came to inspect, said he needed to study on what to do, and left, again promising to come up with a solution. Subsequent phone calls from me produced excuses for delay from him, and then he simply quit responding to me. It’s been five months since the job was supposed to have been finished. Repeated calls and texts have yielded no results. I cannot help but feel that I was cheated because I paid full price for work that is flawed. Randy Foster seems to be a person who does not keep his word or stand behind his work.
